摘  要：施工企业想要在新时期有序开展混凝土施工工作，就必须要分析出影响混凝土施工质量的关键因素有哪些，明确工作的重点目标及方向。基于此，文章从新时期混凝土施工环节中常见的裂缝问题方面展开分析，结合建筑物使用安全性及稳定性，介绍出现裂缝的危害以及产生裂缝的根本原因，以此来引起施工企业的重视。并重点从混凝土施工工作的基本操作流程入手，研究合理的裂缝预防和治理方案，以此来保障我国新时期施工建设工作的有序开展，最终全面完成城市的基础设施建设工作。

Abstract： If construction enterprises want to carry out concrete construction work in an orderly manner in the new period， they must analyze the key factors that affect the quality of concrete construction and make clear the key objectives and directions of the work. Based on this， this paper analyzes the common crack problems in concrete construction in the new period， and introduces the harm of cracks and the root causes of cracks in combination with the safety and stability of buildings， so as to attract the attention of construction enterprises， focus on the basic operation process of concrete construction work， and study reasonable crack prevention and treatment plan， in order to ensure the orderly development of construction work in the new period and finally complete the urban infrastructure construction work in an all-round way.

城市發展进程的不断加快，推进了我国施工行业的可持续健康发展，从大部分施工企业的实际工作情况来看，为了合理控制施工成本，施工企业都会选择混凝土作为施工基础材料。因此，混凝土的质量问题就成为了施工企业在工作环节中需要关注的基本问题。

1 分析混凝土施工裂缝的危害及产生裂缝的原因

通过总结以往的建筑施工工作经验可以看出，目前影响施工质量的关键因素就是混凝土的裂缝问题。本文就重点对裂缝的危害性以及具体产生裂缝的原因展开分析。

1.1 对危害性的分析

在建筑物实际投入使用环节的过程当中，如果混凝土结构存在裂缝的问题，就容易在自然降雨时，出现房屋漏雨的情况，影响人们对房屋的使用满意度。……
