摘要：在我国经济快速发展的同时，环境保护工作也得到了全社会的关注。对于水环境保护工作来说，因其与民众的健康有着直接关系，所以做好水环境监测工作就显得特别重要。在水环境监测工作中，遥感技术的不断完善，使之成了水环境监测工作中最常使用的技術形式。基于此，本文将对遥感技术进行全面性的阐述，并对遥感技术在水环境监测中的应用进行深入探讨，以供参考。

Abstract：With the rapid development of Chinas economy， environmental protection has also attracted the attention of the whole society.For water environment protection， it has a direct relationship with peoples health，so it is particularly important to do a good job in water environment monitoring.In the water environment monitoring work， the continuous improvement of remote sensing technology makes it the most commonly used technology form.Based on this， this paper will carry on the comprehensive elaboration to the remote sensing technology， and carries on the thorough discussion to the remote sensing technology in the water environment monitoring application， for the reference.

近年来，环境监测工作越加受到关注，并且随着监测技术的不断发展，越来越多先进的监测技术开始在环境监测工作加以应用。对于环境监测工作来说，水环境监测是其中重要的组成部分，而遥感技术的出现，有助于更有效的监测水环境的污染情况，同时也可增强生态环境监督的效力，由此得出更为准确的评价。所以，在今后水环境监测工作中，遥感技术的应用重要性将会越发显著。

1 环境监测中遥感技术的基本概述

所谓遥感技术，指的是利用多种遥感技术形式，例如，红外遥感技术、可见光遥感技术以及反射红外遥感技术等，实现对距离比较远的物体进行识别与测量，并将物体的本质准确地分析出来。在环境监测领域，特别是水环境监测工作中，遥感技术的应用十分频繁。通过使用遥感技术，其可实现对全球范围内的水环境进行监测，监测速度快速以及可收获更多的信息量等是其最显著特点。今后，作为重要的监测技术，遥感技术的应用范围还会得到进一步扩大。……
