健康第一观念下的高校体育教学模式改革建议

摘 要：随着课程改革的不断深入和社会的不断发展，教育部门越来越重视高校体育教育的改革。传统的教育模式已经不符合时代的需要，树立“健康第一”的教学观念，将体育教学与健康理念相结合是当前高校体育教学中密切关注的重点。在新旧动能转换的时代背景下，过去传统教育模式中片面重视学习成绩、忽视学生身体健康发展的情况已经不适合现在的教学现状，而且不利于培养更多的体育人才。本文针对基于健康第一的观念，促进高校体育教学模式改革策略进行了简要阐述，以期为提高高校体育教学效果、全面增强学生体质提供更多借鉴和参考。

Suggestions on the reform of College Physical Education Teaching Mode under the concept of health first

Abstract： With the deepening of curriculum reform and the continuous development of the society， the education department pays more and more attention to the reform of physical education in Colleges and universities. The traditional education mode is not in line with the needs of the times. To establish the teaching concept of "health first" and to combine physical education with health concept is the focus of the current physical education teaching in Colleges and universities. Under the background of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy， the traditional education mode in the past has not been suitable for the current situation of teaching， and is not conducive to the cultivation of more sports talents. In this paper， based on the concept of health first， the strategy of promoting the reform of physical education teaching mode in Colleges and universities is briefly described， in order to provide more reference and reference for improving the effect of physical education teaching in Colleges and universities and comprehensively enhancing the physical fitness of students.

1 當前高校体育教学的现状
在高校体育教学改革过程中，教学理念、课程结构及评价方式等都存在或多或少的问题。只有牢固树立健康第一的观念，并且采用与时俱进的教学方法，才能提升学生的体育技能，深化高校体育教学改革成果。
1.1 教学理念相对落后
教学理念的落后是制约高校体育教学模式改革的重要因素之一，不仅如此，还存在忽视健康第一理念、过于重视理论知识的教学，以及忽视学生综合素质发展的问题。部分教师未对体育教学内容没有做更多合理的安排，教学课堂大多还是以教师为主导，并没有充分发挥学生的主角角色，课堂教学气氛沉闷死板，使学生对体育学习不够重视，导致其学习体育的兴趣低下，这不利于培养出更多的专业技能型人才。……
