摘要 目的：测定冰黄肤乐软膏中无机元素的含量，提出重金属元素的限量标准，为冰黄肤乐软膏的质量标准的完善和中医临床用药安全提供参考。方法：通过采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法对冰黄肤乐软膏的无机元素进行测定和分析。结果：建立了冰黄肤乐软膏中24种无机元素的含量测定方法，精密度、稳定性、重复性、加样回收实验结果均符合药典相关规定。结论：建立的冰黄肤乐软膏无机元素检测方法可行，为冰黄肤乐软膏的质量标准的完善和临床用药安全提供参考。

Abstract Objective：The content of inorganic elements in Binghuang Fule Ointment was determined，and a limit standard for heavy metal elements was proposed，which provided a reference for the improvement of the quality standard of Binghuang Fule Ointment and the safety of clinical medicine in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods：The inorganic elements of Binghuang Fule Ointment were determined and analyzed by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Results：A method for determining the content of 24 inorganic elements in Binghuang Fule Ointment was established.The precision，stability，repeatability，and sample recovery test results all met the relevant provisions of the Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion：The established detection method for inorganic elements of Binghuang Fule Ointment is feasible，and it can provide a reference for the improvement of the quality standards of Binghuang Fule Ointment and the safety of clinical medication.

冰黄肤乐软膏处方是由大黄30 g、硫黄20 g、姜黄20 g、黄芩4 g、甘草4 g、冰片2 g和薄荷脑1.8 g组成[1]，主要用于治疗湿疹、神经性皮炎、银屑病等症，处方由7味中药组成，包含矿物药硫黄，复方中含有丰富的无机元素，有益微量元素协同作用发挥抗炎药效。硫黄为冰黄肤乐软膏的组分，化学成分主要是无机元素。硫黄As、Hg等重金属元素超标，但现行的质量标准并未对重金属进行限量规定。《中华人民共和国药典》（2015年版）规定了大黄和姜黄的薄层色谱研究、冰片和薄荷脑的气相色谱研究、硫黄的定性研究、大黄的含量测定[2]。文献报道体外抗菌活性观察[3]、治疗神经性皮炎的临床观察[4]、测定激素醋酸氟轻松[5]等研究，但采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体法测定分析冰黄肤乐软膏中的无机元素尚未有相关报道，因此本实验采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体法对冰黄肤乐软膏的无机元素进行测定和分析，并提出重金属限量标准，完善冰黄肤乐软膏的质量控制标准。……
