摘 要 声像档案编研是提高声像档案利用率的重要手段，是推进数字化档案馆建设的必由之路[1]，文章简析了声像档案编研的价值、现状及问题，并结合工作实践，探讨在声像档案收集整理阶段中利用数据化信息系统整合素材，到以档案影像化的方式生产声像档案的编研产品，以现代数字化技术和新材料创新方法，为声像档案的信息资源开发利用提供新思路。

Abstract Audio-visual archives compilation and research is an important way to improve the utilization rate of audio-visual archives， and it is the only way to promote the construction of digital archives. The paper discusses the value， current situation and existing problems of audio-visual archives compilation and research， and in combination with work practice， explores how to use digital information system to integrate materials in the collection and organization stage， and how to produce compilation and research products of audio-video archives in the form of visualization. The modern digital technology and new materials are used to innovate methods， thus providing new ideas for audio-visual archives information resources development and utilization.

当前是以互联网、大数据、人工智能为代表的新信息技术蓬勃发展的时代，计算机、互联网、数字化、网络化等信息化科技的发展趋向成熟，5G时代即将到来，我们已经进入一个“声屏阅读”的快节奏时代，微博、微信、抖音、快手、微视频等新媒体成为我们主要的阅读平台，在《全国档案事业发展“十三五”规划纲要》中谈到档案事业发展目标：到2020年初步实现以信息化为核心的档案管理现代化，全面推进档案资源存量数字化、增量电子化、利用网络化，创新档案信息化管理模式，加快与信息社会融合，以信息化为核心的档案管理现代化水平明显提升[2]，档案馆应赶上潮流步伐，充分利用数字化信息技术为档案信息资源开发和利用带来的机遇，顺应时代发展趋势，满足社会大众需求，加快从传统档案馆向数字档案馆转型，进而升级为智慧档案馆。声像档案是随着数字化技术的发展而诞生的一种新型档案形式，相较于传统纸质档案……
