[摘 要]从熊彼特的经济发展理论中总结出五大创新发展理念，对创新发展理论的产生发展做了说明，阐述了后世对“熊彼特创新理论”的推广发展，提炼“熊彼特创新理论”的内核——创新是发展动力。结合我国创新驱动战略和现实情况，得出我国走创新发展道路关键需要营造良好创新环境及培养创新人才的结论。

The Inspiration of Schumpeter's Innovation Theory to China's Innovation and Development

Abstract： This paper summarizes five innovative development concepts from Schumpeter's economic development theory， explains the generation and development of innovative development theory， expounds the promotion and development of "Schumpeter innovation theory" in the future， and refines the core of "Schumpeter innovation theory" - innovation is the development power. Based on the innovation driven strategy and the current situation in China， this paper concludes that the key to the innovation development in China is to create a good innovation environment and cultivate innovative talents

科技创新带动着社会变革，它影响着社会制度、文化、经济及人的思维方式。20世纪50年代以美国为首的西方发达国家兴起了围绕创新的第三次技术革命，主要以原子能技术、航天技术、电子计算机技术的应用为代表，使得社会各界人士日益关注已经“尘埋已久”的创新理论，并且对其进行深入研究。

创新理论最早是熊彼特在《经济发展理论》（1912年第一版）中提出的。“经济发展理论”的形成，是熊彼特在做关于经济危机问题的研究中发现瓦尔拉的分析法是静态的，瓦尔拉的理论认为静止过程的理论构成了整个理论经济学，经济学家对历史变化知之甚少。熊彼特对此提出异议，认为瓦尔拉的在静态经济循环中的一般均衡忽视了经济的动态发展，不足以正确预言经济过程中发展变化的各种结果，也不能解释生产上的革命以及实际发生的各种现象，存在重大缺陷（张卫东，2007）。

一、熊彼特创新理论

在阐述熊彼特创新理论前，有必要说明“发明”、“发展”、“创新”、“经理”、“企业家”这些名词概念，这些都是“熊彼特创新理念”的重要概念。……
