[摘要] 目的 探討医院感染管理中PDCA管理模式对医务人员手卫生依从性的影响。 方法 选取2017年3月～2019年3月以来在我院工作的医务人员64例，随机分成研究组和对照组各32例，对照组应用常规管理模式，研究组应用PDCA管理模式。观察分析两组患者手卫生依从性、手卫生依从率、消毒合格率以及细菌菌落数量、手卫生相关知识了解度等。 结果 研究组手卫生依从性明显高于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组手卫生依从率以及手卫生消毒合格率明显高于对照组（P<0.05），且细菌菌落数量明显少于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组手卫生相关知识了解度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 在医院感染管理过程中应用PDCA管理模式效果理想，可有效提高医务人员对卫生知识的了解度，促进医务人员手卫生依从性进一步提升，进而降低医院感染等不良事件发生的可能性，临床可推广使用。

Effect of PDCA management model on the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in nosocomial infection management

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of PDCA management model on the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in nosocomial infection management. Methods 64 members of medical staff who had been working in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group， with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional management model and the study group was given the PDCA management model. The hand hygiene compliance， hand hygiene compliance rate， qualified disinfection rate， number of bacterial colonies， understanding of hand hygiene-related knowledge were observed and analyzed in both groups of patients. Results The hand hygiene compliance in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）; the compliance rate of hand hygiene and the qualified hand disinfection rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）， and the number of bacterial colonies was significantly less than that in the control group（P<0.05）; the understanding of hand hygiene-related knowledge in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of PDCA management model in the process of nosocomial infection management is ideal and can effectively improve the medical staff s understanding of health knowledge， promote the further improvement of their hand hygiene compliance， and thus reduce the possibility of nosocomial infections and other adverse events， which can be popularized and applied clinically.

医院感染中最为多见的一种形式就是直接经由手部接触传播所引起的直接性以及间接性感染，不但会增加患者的经济负担，同时给患者带来痛苦，更会进一步延长患者住院时间，从而对患者的身心健康都会造成极大的威胁。有关研究显示，进一步预防以降低医院感染的发生、确保患者和医护人员生命健康最为关键且有效的方法就是加大手卫生的控制力度。但是当前临床工作期间依旧存在手卫生执行力度偏低以及卫生方法不到位等现象，都会在一定程度上增加医院感染问题发生的可能性。因此，医院将PDCA管理模式应用于手卫生监管中，可有效增强医务人员自身的依从性[1-3]。本研究探讨医院感染管理中PDCA管理模式对医务人员手卫生依从性的影响，现报道如下。
