【摘要】2018年8月21日至22日，中共中央总书记习近平在全国宣传思想工作会议上指出：“扎实抓好县级融媒体中心建设，更好引导群众、服务群众。”通过县级融媒体中心建设，打通媒体融合“最后一公里”。“加强县级融媒体中心建设”被党中央提出后，浙江省绍兴市柯桥区融媒体中心于2019年4月15日在绍兴市率先揭牌成立，完成了柯桥日报社、柯桥区广播电视总台的有机整合。同时，把打造“全国一流的区域传媒中心”作为首要目标，加强和巩固基层新闻舆论阵地，进而提高基层媒体的影响力和传播力。其中，先进技术是支撑县级融媒体建设的基本核心驱动力，也是维持基层媒体业务的基本原动力，对于基层媒体的建设具有着重要的意义。下面本文将对县级融媒体中心建设的突围途径进行详细分析，以供参考。

[Abstract] On from August 21 to 22， 2018， Xi Jinping， general secretary of the CPC Central Committee， pointed out at the National Conference on propaganda and ideological work： "do a solid job in the construction of the county financial media center， and better guide the masses and serve the masses." Through the construction of county-level financial media center， the "last kilometer" of media integration will be opened. After "strengthening the construction of county-level financial media center" was proposed by the Party Central Committee， the financial media center of Keqiao District， Shaoxing City， Zhejiang Province was first opened and established in Shaoxing on April 15， 2019， completing the organic integration of Keqiao daily and Keqiao District Radio and television station. At the same time， the primary goal is to build a "national first-class regional media center"， strengthen and consolidate the position of grass-roots news and public opinion， and then improve the influence and communication power of grass-roots media. Among them， advanced technology is the basic core driving force to support the county-level financial media construction， and also the basic driving force to maintain the grass-roots media business， which is of great significance for the construction of grass-roots media. Next， this paper will make a detailed analysis of the ways to break through the construction of county-level financial media center for reference.

目前隨着我国科技的发展，传统媒体行业的受众规模在不断减小，其所占据的市场份额也在不断下降，使其营收造成大幅度的下滑。柯桥区作为经济强区，对柯桥区融媒体中心的建设投入了不少的资金支持，但是，对于基层媒体而言也面临着一些突出问题，如编辑人员的“老龄化”、技术人员的技能落后等等。因此，需要将基层媒体环境进行有效的转型和创新，才能保证其对于新闻宣传的重要作用。在县级融媒体的作用下，不断融合先进的创新理念和技术，将基层宣传工作与实际系统的搭建相互结合，创建新型的媒体建设。……
