[摘要] 目的 探討钉钉平台的使用在改进妇科护士在职培训管理中的应用研究。 方法 本院于2019年4～9月以钉钉平台进行信息传递、业务培训学习、考试管理等。2018年10月～2019年3月以传统口头传递模式进行培训学习。比较钉钉平台使用前后妇科护士在职培训的效率和效果，以及护士对在职培训的满意度情况。 结果 钉钉平台使用后，护士无需往返培训，节约护士来回路途时间;护士培训不受时间地点限制，到课率由（66.03±7.75）%提高到（94.07±6.90）%（P<0.05）;人均考核改卷耗时由（38.75±2.64）min减少到（27.88±1.65）min（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义;专科理论考核得分高于使用前，护士对培训的满意度高于使用前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），护理核心制度考核得分和钉钉平台使用前差异无统计学意义（P=0.182）。 结论 钉钉平台的使用能够改进妇科护士在职培训的管理，提高了护士培训的到课率和满意度，节约了护士时间，提高了培训效率，是值得推广的护士在职培训形式。

Study on the application of DingTalk platform in improving on-the-job training management for gynecological nurses

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application and research of DingTalk Platform in improving on-the-job training management for gynecological nurses. Methods From April to September 2019， information transmission， business training and study， and examination management were carried out on the DingTalk Platform in our hospital. From October 2018 to March 2019， training was conducted in the traditional oral teaching mode. The efficiency and effectiveness of on-the-job training for gynecological nurses， and the satisfaction of nurses with on-the-job training were compared before and after using the DingTalk platform. Results After the DingTalk platform was used， the nurses did not need to commute for the training， which saved the nurses' travelling time; nurse training was not restricted by time and place， and the attendance rate was increased from（66.03±7.75）% to （94.07±6.90）%（P<0.05）; the average time required for assessment and marking examination paper was decreased from（38.75±2.64） minutes to（27.88±1.65） minutes， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; the theoretical assessment score of specialized subjects was higher than that before using the platform， and the nurses' satisfaction with the training was higher than that before using the platform. The differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the nursing core system assessment before and after the use of the DingTalk platform（P=0.182）. Conclusion The use of DingTalk platform can improve the management of on-the-job training for gynecological nurses， increase the attendance rate and satisfaction of nurse training， save nurses' time， and improve training efficiency， which is a form of nurse-on-the-job training worth promoting.

随着医疗的发展和改革，优质护理服务的实现模式呈现多元化和精细化的变化，对护理人员的专业素质提出了新的要求。在这种形势下，如何完善培训体系，提高在职护士培训效果，培养具有专业能力的护理人员，已成为护理在职培训管理的一项重要内容[1-4]。在教学信息化潮流下，护理工作逐渐引入信息技术来提高培训管理效率[5-6]，钉钉平台（DingTalk）是一款团队办公及通迅软件[7]，为护理管理者的培训管理提供了新的工具[8]，对于改善护士的在职培训和专业素养具有重要的应用价值。为了提升我院妇科护士的整体素质，取得更好的在职培训管理效果，我科将钉钉平台应用于本科护士的在职培训中，取得了良好的效果，现报道如下。
