[摘 要]2020年的新冠肺炎疫情，引起我们对于中国制度优势中蕴含的中国文化特色的思考。中华文化的国际影响力逐步提升，中国进入文化自觉、文化自信、文化自强新时代。文化自信是当下中国最深沉最宽广的自信，其中蕴含的东方文化基因具有重要的世界意义。“和合共生”的文化基因彰显东方智慧，助推亚洲文明复兴，促进世界多元文化繁荣。

Abstract：The COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 has raised questions about the Chinese cultural characteristics inherent in Chinas institutional strengths. The international influence of Chinese culture has gradually increasing; China has entered a new era of cultural awareness， cultural confidence and cultural self-improvement. Cultural confidence is the most profound and broad confidence in China at present， and the oriental cultural gene contained therein is of great world significance. The cultural gene of “harmony and coexistence” highlights the wisdom of the East， and contributes to the prosperity of diverse cultures in the world.

2019年的亚洲文明对话，迎来人们对于亚洲文明复兴的展望，增强了亚洲文化自信。2020年的新冠肺炎疫情，让我们再次关注中国特色社会主义制度优势，以及其背后的文化基因。制度优势的核心在于一个国家的精神和文化。文化自信是一个国家和民族发展中最基本、最深沉、最持久的力量。没有文化自信，全球化进程中的中国就会在西方文化冲击下丧失精神坐标;没有文化自信，中国在推进“四个全面”和社会主义现代化时就会缺乏持久而深厚的精神动力;没有文化自信，面临世界百年未有之大变局，中华民族就不会实现真正的伟大复兴。文化自信的本质和要义是对中国特色社会主义道路、制度的自信，是对近代以来中国道路作为当代中国社会发展方式的自主性探索成果的自信，具有对治“西方中心主义”迷思的深刻蕴涵。而无论中国特色社会主义道路、中国特色社会主义制度、中国特色社会主义理论体系还是中国特色社会主义文化，都离不开数千年中华优秀传统文化的沃土，都蕴含着东方文化基因。……
