[摘 要]《文史哲》自1951年5月创刊以来，有了长足的发展，表现出了巨大的潜力。学术性与时代性的办刊宗旨是《文史哲》成功立刊、闻名于世的本源所在。“预”学术潮流的使命感是《文史哲》始终走在人文学术研究前沿，引领学术潮流的动力引擎;谨记“知出乎争”的办刊理念，是《文史哲》不断推出新的学术论点和社会热点问题的活力源泉;恪守专家办刊的传统则是《文史哲》永葆学术性和时代性的生命之源。

Abstract：Since its founding in May 1951， the Literature， History， and Philosophy has made a glorious substantial development， showing considerable potential. The academic and contemporary running aim of this journal is the origin of its fame and success. The mission of pre-academic trend is the driving force for its leadership in academic fields， adhering to the idea that “knowledge comes from arguments” is the source of its vitality to continuously put forward new academic points and social hot issues， and abiding by the tradition of its running by experts is the source to maintain its academic and contemporary characteristics.

著名作家梁晓声在评价《新华文摘》时说过“一个国家总得有一份刊物值得保留，起码一份，一份没有，对这个国家来说不啻是一种悲哀”。我国最早从事编辑学研究的学者宋应离认为，“仅就学术期刊来说，山东大学创办的《文史哲》就是值得保留的一份。”[1]《文史哲》有此殊荣，与其一以贯之的办刊宗旨和学术品格是分不开的。创刊于1951年5月1日的《文史哲》本是份同人刊物，1953年2月转由山东大学主办，是中华人民共和国成立之后创办最早、影响最大的高校文科学报和人文社科杂志。20世纪50年代，《文史哲》与北京的《新建设》、上海的《学术月刊》鼎足而立，为推动新中国的学术建设作出了突出的贡献。网络时代，高校学报的办刊方式和编辑手段发生了质的变化，但作为社会主流话语的传播者和学术建设的推动者，高校学报所承担的学术使命和为社会意识形态传播和阐释的社会责任却是一以贯之的。……
