摘  要：随着社会的发展，人们对于生态环保的重视程度显著提高，各级政府相继实施了各种类型的环保工程，对于生态环境问题解决，提升生态环境质量具有重要意义。实践证明，环保工程是非常复杂的系统工程，需要从施工质量切入抓好工程建设，对于环保工程而言，全过程控制管理是非常重要的，借助于全过程管理，不仅能够强化质量控制，而且还能够将安全隐患等问题降到最低，增大施工企业经济效益获取的可能性，对于生态工程建设市场的进一步活跃具有深刻影响。

Abstract： With the development of society， people pay more and more attention to ecological environmental protection， and governments at all levels have implemented various types of environmental protection projects， which is of great significance for solving eco-environmental problems and improving the quality of eco-environment. Practice has proved that environmental protection engineering is a very complex system engineering， and it is necessary to enhance engineering construction in terms of the construction quality. For environmental protection engineering， the whole process control management is very important. With the help of the whole process management， it can not only strengthen quality control， but can also minimize safety risks and other problems， and increase the possibility of obtaining economic benefits of construction enterprises， thus having a profound impact on the further activity of the ecological engineering construction market.

在以往經济发展过程中，不少地方由于片面追求经济发展规模，放松了对生态环保的标准要求，在一定程度上降低了经济社会发展质量。党的十八大以来，在全面协调可持续发展理念推动下，提升对生态环保的重视程度，加快环保工程建设成为了社会发展的主旋律，不同类型的环保工程相继落地。实践证明，全过程控制管理，对于环保工程的影响是全方位的，需要充分认识全过程控制管理对于环保工程的重要性，进而对相关的实践策略进行了介绍，有助于深化全过程控制管理与环保工程的结合，对于全社会的高质量发展具有重要意义。
