摘  要：水利工程项目为我国的基础工程项目，对国民经济发展以及人们的日常生产生活都有关键影响。水利泵站设备的正常运行关系到水利工程项目的整体运行效益，针对常见的水利泵站设备故障而言，水利泵站的维护人员要提高关注，加强研究，找准导致水利泵站设备出现故障的成因，在针对性的故障排除措施下，保障水利泵站的安全稳定运行。文章在分析水利泵站设备故障时，从常见的设备故障类型出发，介绍了基本的故障检测方法，并深入探究了故障排除的实际要点。

Abstract： Water conservancy project is a basic project in China， which has a key impact on the development of national economy and people's daily production and life. The normal operation of the equipment of the water conservancy pumping station is related to the overall operation benefit of the water conservancy project. In view of the common equipment failures of the water conservancy pumping station， the maintenance personnel of the water conservancy pumping station should stress the research on it， find out the causes of the equipment failure of the water conservancy pumping station， and ensure the safe and stable operation of the water conservancy pumping station under the targeted troubleshooting measures. This paper analyzes the equipment faults of water conservancy pumping stations， and starting from the common types of equipment faults， it introduces the basic fault detection methods and probes into the practical key points of troubleshooting.

在水利泵站運行过程中，存在较多不可控因素，且泵站设备构成较为复杂，因而很容易在运行过程中出现泵站设备故障。当出现设备故障之后，泵站运行状态将失稳，并最终影响整个水利工程项目的运行质量。结合当前泵站设备故障高发这一基本特征，作为泵站设备的维护和检修人员，应定期进行检修，避免出现“检修过剩”和“检修不足”现象，确保及时发现设备安全运行隐患，缩短检修周期，控制检修成本，维持良好的设备运行状态。

1 水利泵站设备故障类型分析

某水利工程项目中有一个大型的水利泵站，主要包括卧式单级双吸离心水泵和立式单级双吸离心水泵两种。泵站中的设备主要包括变压器、电动机、水轮发电机组等。本工程一期装有日本三菱公司型号TMEICTmdrive-MVG2-1600kVA-10/6kV的变频装置2台。……
