摘 要：为了进一步探讨分布式能源的利用现状，本文阐述了分布式能源系统国内外发展现状，并对周口市分布式能源技术应用情况展开了调查研究。调查结果表明，周口市的主要分布式能源利用形式为太阳能、天然气和沼气，其中，市区太阳能占主体，约占分布式能源利用量的37.28%，村镇以天然气分布式能源系统为主，占58.05%;在分布式发电系统利用中，光伏发电占39.58%，天然气冷热电联产占35.42%，即该地区分布式能源的发展主要集中在太阳能利用和天然气冷热电联供系统。

Abstract： In order to further discuss the current status of distributed energy utilization， this paper expounds the development status of distributed energy systems at home and abroad， and investigates the application of distributed energy technology in Zhoukou City. The survey results indicate that the main forms of distributed energy utilization in Zhoukou City are solar energy， natural gas and biogas， among them， urban solar energy accounts for the majority， accounting for 37.28% of the distributed energy utilization， and villages and towns are dominated by natural gas distributed energy systems， accounting for 58.05%; in the utilization of distributed power generation systems， photovoltaic power generation accounts for 39.58%， and natural gas combined heat and power accounts for 35.42%， that is， the development of distributed energy in the region is mainly concentrated on solar energy utilization and natural gas combined heat and power systems.

随着社会经济的快速发展，常规能源的需求大幅度增加，导致社会经济发展、能源供应、环境污染之间的矛盾日益突出[1-2]。为解决这一问题，2016年12月20日，国务院印发了《“十三五”节能减排综合工作方案》的通知，提出推动能源结构优化，鼓励利用可再生能源、天然气、电力等优质能源代替燃煤，因地制宜发展海岛太阳能、海上风能、潮汐能、波浪能等可再生能源，协调推进风电开发，推动太阳能大规模发展和多元化利用，增加清洁低碳电力供应[3]，达到提高能源利用效率、保护环境、发展新能源、实现能源可持续发展的目的。因此，寻求一种清洁、绿色、高效、环保的能源系统已成为我国当前必须解决的问题。

分布式能源系统的概念最早由美国提出，其目的是通过用户的发电装置，保证供电的安全可靠，利用应急发电机并网供电，以保持电网安全的多元化[4]。……
