【摘 要】 目的：对在产后会阴裂伤中行减张缝合术的治疗效果予以分析和研究。方法：选择本院在2018年3月至2019年3月收治的自然分娩时会阴裂伤的产妇共计220例作为本次研究的纳入对象，按照其病历单双号将这些产妇分为两组，其中传统缝合组110例，减张缝合组110例。采用常规缝合方式对对照组产妇伤口予以缝合，采用减张缝合术对减张缝合组产妇伤口予以缝合，比较两种缝合方法的效果。结果：传统缝合组的甲级愈合率为84.5%，并发症发生率为49.1%，减张缝合组的甲级愈合率为97.2%，并发症发生率为10.1%。减张缝合组的甲级愈合率明显高于传统缝合组，并发症发生率明显低于传统缝合组，两组产妇相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：针对产后会阴裂伤产妇实施减张缝合术能够加快其伤口愈合，减少并发症和感染的发生率。

Treatment effect of reduction and suture in postpartum perineal laceration

[Abstract] Objective：To analyze and study the therapeutic effect of suture reduction in postpartum perineal laceration. Methods： A total of 220 women with perineal laceration during natural childbirth admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects of this study. These women were divided into two groups according to their medical records. Among them， 110 cases were traditional suture group and 110 cases were suture reduction group. The wounds of the traditional suture group were sutured by conventional suture method. The wounds of the women in the suture reduction group were sutured by suture reduction suture， and the effects of the two suture methods were compared. Results： The rate of grade A healing was 84.5% in the traditional suture group， the complication rate was 49.1%， the grade A healing rate was 97.2%， and the complication rate was 10.1%. The rate of grade A healing in the suture reduction group was significantly higher than that in the traditional suture group， and the complication rate was significantly lower than that in the traditional suture group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusions： The reduction of sutures in women with postpartum perineal laceration can accelerate wound healing and reduce the incidence of complications and infections.

在产科当中会阴伤口缝合属于一种常见术式，研究显示，有高于70%比例的产妇在分娩的时候其会阴部会发生创伤的情况，包括会阴自然裂伤伤口、会阴直切伤口和侧切伤口，在必要的情况下要将阴部切开，还要进行缝合[1-2]。会阴裂伤不仅会导致产后出血的发生，而且还会引起细菌感染，在严重的情况下会对直肠壁造成损害，极大地影响到了产妇的身体健康和生命安全，所以必须要采取缝合手术对产妇的会阴裂伤进行缝合处理[3]。为了对在产后会阴裂伤中行减张缝合术的治疗效果进行研究，本文作者回顾性分析了本院在2018年3月至2019年3月收治的自然分娩时会阴裂伤的产妇共计220例的临床资料，现在进行分析和总结。……
