[摘要] 目的 探討康复运动联合针灸治疗中风后遗症的临床效果。 方法 方便选择该院中风后遗症患者，总数70例，收集时间2017年3月—2018年12月。随机分组，康复运动治疗组实施康复运动治疗，康复运动联合针灸治疗组则实施康复运动联合针灸治疗。比较两组中风后遗症疗效;行走功能改善的时间;治疗前后患者神经功能缺损程度、Barthel指数、认知功能评分。结果 康复运动联合针灸治疗组疗效94.29%，比康复运动治疗组的80.00%高，，差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.214，P<0.05）。治疗后康复运动联合针灸治疗组神经功能缺损程度、Barthel指数、认知功能评分分别是（10.56±1.47）分、（91.24±4.13）分、（27.19±2.21）分优于康复运动治疗组，差异有统计学意义（t=6.934、7.934，8.034，P<0.05）。康复运动联合针灸治疗组行走功能改善的时间和康复运动治疗组比较有优势，差异有统计学意义（t=6.824，7.544，P<0.05），康复运动联合针灸治疗组行走功能改善的时间是（15.41±1.74）d，而康复运动治疗组行走功能改善的时间是（17.17±1.67）d。结论 康复运动联合针灸治疗中风后遗症效果确切，可获得理想效果，可有效改善患者的神经功能和认知功能，促进患者日常生活能力的改善。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effects of rehabilitation exercise combined with acupuncture on stroke sequelae. Methods A total of 70 patients with stroke sequelae comvenient were selected in the hospital. The collection time was from March 2017 to February 2018. Randomized grouping，rehabilitation exercise treatment group implemented rehabilitation exercise treatment，rehabilitation exercise combined with acupuncture treatment group implemented rehabilitation exercise combined with acupuncture treatment. The efficacy of stroke sequelae was compared between the two groups; the time of improvement of walking function; the degree of neurological deficit，Barthel index and cognitive function score before and after treatment. Results The effect of rehabilitation exercise combined with acupuncture treatment group was 94.29%，which was higher than 80.00% of rehabilitation exercise group，，the difference was statistically significant（χ2=8.214，P<0.05）. The degree of neurological deficit，Barthel index and cognitive function score of the rehabilitation exercise combined with acupuncture treatment group were （10.56±1.47）points，（91.24±4.13）points and （27.19±2.21）points， respectively，which were better than the rehabilitation exercise group，the difference was statistically significant（t= 6.934，7.934，8.034，P<0.05.）  The time of rehabilitation function of rehabilitation exercise combined with acupuncture treatment group was superior to that of rehabilitation exercise group，，the difference was statistically significant（t=6.824，7.544，P<0.05）. The time of improvement of walking function in rehabilitation exercise combined with acupuncture treatment group was （15.41±1.74）d，and the rehabilitation time to improve walking function in the exercise group was（17.17±1.67）d. Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise combined with acupuncture for the treatment of stroke sequelae is effective and can achieve ideal results. It can effectively improve the neurological and cognitive functions of patients and improve the daily living ability of patients.

中风是一类急性脑血管疾病的总称。中风亦称为脑卒中，中风患者会有不同程度的运动障碍，认知功能障碍，言语障碍等后遗症，这将严重影响患者的生活质量。针灸作为脑卒中患者的常用治疗方法，其临床疗效相对显著，同时达到明确的治疗标准原则。随着康复的快速发展，人们开始更加注重康复锻炼，在中风后遗症患者的治疗中发挥重要作用[1]。该研究方便选择该院中风后遗症患者，总数70例，收集时间2017年3月—2018年12月。随机分组，康复运动治疗组实施康复运动治疗，康复运动联合针灸治疗组则实施康复运动联合针灸治疗。比较两组中风后遗症疗效;行走功能改善的时间;治疗前后患者神经功能缺损程度、Barthel指数、认知功能评分，分析了中医综合治疗中风后遗症的症状转归情况，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料
