【摘要】 目的：探討乳腺导管灌注联合三才疗法治疗对乳房疼痛症状的影响。方法：选取2017年1月-2019年6月本院收治的乳腺增生患者80例。应用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，每组40例。对照组应用乳腺导管灌注，研究组在对照组基础上应用三才疗法。比较两组的临床疗效以及两组治疗前后的乳房疼痛评分、乳房肿块评分及生活质量相关维度评分。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为92.5%，显著高于对照组的75.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组乳房疼痛及乳房肿块评分均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组精神健康、生理功能评分均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：给予乳腺增生患者使用乳腺导管灌注联合三才疗法，可显著提高乳腺增生患者的临床效果，缓解患者乳房疼痛，提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of Mammary Duct Perfusion Combined with Trinity Therapy in the Treatment of Mammary Hyperplasia and Its Effect on Breast Pain Symptoms/HE Yichang. //Medical Innovation of China， 2020， 17（11）： -160

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of mammary duct perfusion combined with trinity therapy in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia and its effect on breast pain. Method： A total of 80 patients with breast hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected. Using the random number table method， they were divided into study group and control group， 40 cases in each group. The control group received mammary duct perfusion， the study group applied trinity therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared， as well as the breast pain score， breast lump score and quality-of-life related dimension score before and after treatment in the two groups. Result： The total response rate of the study group was 92.5%， significantly higher than 75.0% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the scores of breast pain and breast lump in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the mental health and physiological function scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The use of mammary duct perfusion and trinity therapy in patients with breast hyperplasia can significantly improve the clinical efficiency of patients with breast hyperplasia， relieve the patients breast pain， and improve the patients quality of life.

乳腺增生是临床乳腺外科当中最为常见的女性乳腺类相关疾病类型之一，在临床中乳腺增生的发病率是所有乳腺类相关疾病的首位[1]。乳腺增生患者临床主要表现为情绪改变、月经失调等，且发病趋势呈现出年轻化的特点。乳腺增生属于一种病理性的增生，主要是因为乳房内正常的乳腺小叶出现生理性的增生及退行性的复旧不全，使得正常的乳腺結构紊乱而致[2]。临床中对乳腺增生患者传统治疗的方式为药物治疗，但是临床效果不是十分理想，不能满足患者日益增长的医疗需求[3]。乳腺导管灌注指的是通过钝头针经病变乳孔灌入药物进行灌洗，将导管当中淤积的病灶分泌物通过灌洗来清除干净，从而疏通乳管。三才治疗是指通过三才乳腺治疗仪来进行治疗的方法，该治疗仪充分地结合了中西医学的相关理论，效果显著[4]。本次研究选取2017年1月-2019年6月本院收治的乳腺增生患者，探讨乳腺导管灌注联合三才疗法治疗乳腺增生的效果，现报道如下。……
