摘  要：高职体育开设武术教学课程具有十分重要的意义，对促进学生身心健康发展有重要作用。但是在新的教育环境下，传统武术教学已暴露出一些不足与问题，无法适应当前高职教育发展需要。本文从课程思政角度出发，探讨高职武术教学存在的问题，从教学内容、教学方式、师资力量及教学评价等方面提出改革和创新武术教学的对策建议，以促进高职院校人才培养发展。

Abstract： Martial arts teaching has always been an important part of physical education in higher vocational education， but the traditional martial arts teaching has not been able to meet the requirements of the new education environment. In this paper， the curriculum ideological and political education as the carrier of education， the status of martial arts teaching in Higher Vocational education is analyzed， and the teaching content， teaching methods， teachers and teaching evaluation system are innovated In promoting the traditional cultural literacy of college students.

課程思政是以建立全员、全过程、全课程人才培养模式来将思想政治理论贯穿于课程教学过程中，产生协同教学效应，将“立德树人”理念融入到教学实践和人才培养当中。学校教育是继承和传承中华民族文化的有效途径，武术不仅是宝贵的文化遗产，也是重要的教育资源，其散发传统文化独特的魅力。通过开展武术教学，一方面可以强身健体，另一方面又可以继承和发扬传统文化。武术文化教学也是思政教育的重要手段，在武术教学过程中宣传武术文化，用文化感染和熏陶学生，以促进高职武术教育发展。

1  高职武术教学现状分析

1.1 教材内容过于简单、陈旧

从当前情况来看，大多数高职院校武术教材内容更新较慢，武术技术动作数量较多，但是许多动作都需要改进，缺乏新意和时代性。这个问题的存在，严重限制了武术教学水平的提高。首先，武术教学没有突出教育特色。……
