摘  要：登山运动是和平年代探索、拼搏精神展现最具象征意义的体育运动。通过文献资料法、专家访谈法对我国登山运动进行研究，发现登山运动在继承和发扬中华传统文化中的不畏艰险、顽强拼搏、团结协作精神有重要作用;对开展登山运动的部分高校进行研究，发现登山运动能够提升学校知名度，培养学生能力，发扬学校校训，扩大学校的社会影响力;弘扬中华体育精神，以发展登山运动为契机，普及全民健身运动，为大众提供登山健身服务，发扬登山运动提升责任感、锤炼优良品质方面的作用，达到强健体魄、身心健康的目的。对我国的登山运动的历史文化进行研究，能够挖掘登山运动的时代内涵，推动休闲社会的形成与发展，更好地服务社会主义建设，共建体育强国梦。

Abstract： Mountaineering is the most symbolic sport to explore and show the spirit of struggle in the peaceful years. Through the research on the mountaineering in China by the method of literature， expert interview， it is found that mountaineering plays an important role in inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of bravery， tenacity， solidarity and cooperation in the traditional Chinese culture. The universities that carrying out the mountaineering can enhance the popularity， develop students' ability，expand the influence， and promote the school ethos. Carry forward the Chinese sports spirit， take the development of mountaineering as an opportunity， popularize the national fitness， provide mountaineering fitness services for the general public， carry forward the important role of mountaineering in enhancing physical quality and improving excellent quality， so as to achieve the purpose of physical and mental health. Studying on the history and culture of mountaineering， it is able to expand the epoch connotation of mountaineering， and serve the socialist construction better， promote the development of Leisure Society，jointly build the dream of sports power.

黨的十九大以来，将社会主义文化的发展放在首位，围绕培育社会主义核心价值观、弘扬中华民族传统美德，在生活实践工作中将爱国、敬业、诚信、友善转化为人们的行为习惯与价值认同。文化是人类群体创造并共同享有的物质实体、价值观念、制度规范、行为方式的总和[1]。弘扬全民健身运动，推动休闲体育生活方式转变，提倡体育健身文化，以弘扬登山文化为契机，深度挖掘精华部分，赋予新时代特有的文化内涵，能够推动中华文化走向世界、提高国家文化软实力，是培育旅游经济发展、推动经济社会转型升级、促进全域旅游发展的重要动力，助推我国登山运动的发展。……
