摘  要：教学角色社会化是中学教师首要并重点实现的社会角色，角色社会化对新入职体育教师阶段属于其整个教学生涯和专业发展的起始阶段，也属于教师教学角色社会化的奠基阶段和认知阶段。不仅对于新入职体育教师的自身发展有重大的意义，同时对于学校体育教师队伍的梯队建设具有重要的影响。所以说，学校对于新入职体育教师在这一阶段教学过程中出现的问题，要逐步重视并加以解决。

Abstract： The socialization of teaching role is the first and most important social role of middle school teachers. The socialization of the role belongs to the beginning stage of the whole teaching career and professional development of the newly recruited physical education teachers， and also belongs to the foundation stage and cognitive stage of the socialization of teaching role of teachers. It not only has great significance for the development of the newly employed PE teachers， but also has an important influence on the echelon construction of the school PE teachers. Therefore， the school should pay attention to the newly employed physical education teachers in this stage of the teaching process， gradually pay attention to and solve the problems.

对于中学新入职的体育老师来说，其在角色转变的过程中常常会遇到诸多问题，从而严重影响体育老师的教学效果，阻碍学生的体育健康发展进程。通常情况下，当下中学老师的角色分为4种：其一是教学角色;其二是科研角色;其三是社会服务角色;其四是创新角色。其中教学角色对于刚入职的体育老师来说是较为重要的，其需要在教学活动中不断的创新教学模式，积极地了解体育教学在社会上的教学意义。

1  教师角色社会化的基本概念

教师教学角色社会化是指作为新手的教师进入教师这一职业领域，在与包括学生、同事、家长乃至社会人士在内的诸多人的社会互动中，逐渐体会，理解和接受教师专业角色，掌握教育教学行为规范，形成教育教学能力，并通过反思不断创造与生成驾驶个性化角色形象，进而实现教师个人专业发展，最终是教学职责能够得到更好履行的过程。……
