摘要 林业病虫害对林业建设发展十分不利，会在一定程度上缩短树木寿命。从林业病虫害的定义和类别出发，分析林业技术的作用和补救方法，探讨运用营林技术进行病虫害防治的有效措施。

Abstract Forest pests and diseases are very unfavorable to the development of forestry construction， and can shorten the life of trees to a certain extent. Based on the definition and category of forest diseases and insect pests， this paper analyzes the function and remedial methods of forestry technology， and discusses the effective measures of using forestry technology to prevent and control pests and diseases.

我国森林资源富足，常年受损害的森林资源也较多，常见的受害因素有病虫害、自然因素、人为因素等，其中影响最大的是病虫害，严重限制了林业生产效率，导致生态环境被破坏，阻碍树木生长，使森林资源遭受巨大损失。因此，林业部门必须灵活运用林业病虫害防范技术，针对性地分析存在的问题。考虑到病虫害的治理需要花费大量的人力、物力，对林业病虫害必须防范大于治理，从根源规避林业病虫害的出现，促进我国林业的可持续发展。

1 林业病虫害的定义和分类

1.1 林业病虫害定义

林业病虫害是指因为树木本身存有疾病或有害生物对树木躯干带来的危害，严重影响树木的生产和发育，使树木质量受到损坏，进而产生极大的林业生产建设经济损失。

1.2 林业病虫害分类

目前，我国发现的林业虫害有100多种，最有代表性的可以分为两类：一类是虫害;一类是病害。虫害是有害生物经过破坏树木躯干和枝干对树木生长产生威胁，如鼠类、虫类等，其中以老鼠和蚜虫破坏性最强，两种黑虫因为繁衍速度快，极容易传播，使树木产生疾病，且很难捕捉，给林业正常生产带来严重阻碍[1]。……
