【摘 要】目的：研究医院病案管理中存在的问题及对策。方法：选取我院2018年1月-2019年1月期间的201份问题病案为研究对象，分析核查该部分病案中存在的问题，并探讨出有效的解决对策。结果：该201份问题病案中有126份存在内容质量问题，所占比例为62.67%，有75份存在管理问题，所占比例为37.31%。结论：内容质量问题和管理问题是医院病案管理中存在的两大主要问题，所以在病案管理中医院需要加强医务人员对病案的重视度，同时需要完善病案管理制度，施行专业化、规范化的病案管理。

Abstract： objective： To study the problems and countermeasures in hospital medical records management. Methods A total of 201 problem cases in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as research objects， and the problems existing in these cases were analyzed and verified， and effective solutions were explored. Results Of the 201 problem cases， 126 had content quality problems， accounting for 62.67%， and 75 had management problems， accounting for 37.31%. Conclusion Content quality problems and management problems are two major problems in hospital medical records management. Therefore， in medical records management， hospitals need to strengthen the importance of medical staff on medical records. At the same time， they need to improve medical records management systems and implement professional and standardized medical records management .

病案是医院开展医疗活动的详细记录，具有高度的严谨性和科学性，能够为医疗纠纷以及保险、科研等各个领域事件提供有效证据，所以病案的良好管理对于医院而言至关重要。但目前我国很多医院的病案管理还存在着很多的问题，尤其是一些小医院，其对于病案的管理重视程度不高，这也就在一定程度上影响了医院的正面形象[1]。以下本文将针对医院病案管理中存在的问题及对策进行深入分析，具体如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

取我院2018年1月-2019年1月期间的201份问题病案为研究对象，该201份问题病案中，妇科病案40份，外科病案50份，内科病案60份，儿科病案51份。

1.2 方法

采用回顾性分析核查的方法对该201份问题病案进行分析，找出其中存在的问题并探讨出有效的解决策略。
