【摘 要】目的：探讨基层医务人员疫苗与安全接种知信行现状以及主要影响因素，旨在为医学临床护理管理人员工作的有效开展提供科学依据。方法：将我国某城市30家医院的1200名基层医务人员作为本次研究的主要对象，利用自制基层医务人员疫苗与安全接种知信行问卷对相关医务人员的知信行现状和主要影响因素进行调查分析。结果：本次参与研究的共有1200名基层医务人员，依据调查问卷的统计数据得出学历和工作年限是影响医务人员知信行的主要因素。结论：现阶段我国基层医务人员疫苗与安全接种知信行水平仍不是特别理想，可就基层医务人员的知识水平现状开展针对性的知识培训，进而提升疫苗及安全接种的综合水平。

Abstract： objective： To explore the current situation and main influencing factors of knowledge， belief and practice of vaccination and safety vaccination among grass-roots medical staff， so as to provide scientific basis for the effective work of medical clinical nursing managers. Methods： 1200 grassroots medical staff in 30 hospitals in a city of China were selected as the main subjects of this study. The self-made questionnaire on knowledge， trust and behavior of vaccination and safety vaccination was used to investigate and analyze the current situation and main influencing factors of knowledge， trust and behavior of relevant medical staff. Results： there were 1200 nurses in neurology department participating in the study. According to the statistical data of the questionnaire， it was concluded that education background and working years were the main factors affecting nurses' knowledge， trust and behavior. Conclusion： at present， the knowledge and practice level of vaccination and safety vaccination of grass-roots medical personnel in China is still not very ideal. Targeted knowledge training can be carried out on the knowledge level of grass-roots medical personnel， so as to improve the comprehensive level of vaccination and safety vaccination.

流行性感冒就是人们常说的流感，它是通过病毒来引起急性呼吸道的传染，它具备非常明显的临床特征就是突发性、传染性。流感病发的三天后，非常容易引起病情加重，从而引起继发肺部细菌感染，出现肺炎情况，因此接种疫苗是目前预防与控制流感的有效措施之一。因为基层医务人员的特殊性，提升其流感疫苗接种率能够有效降低医院感染率。基层医务人员的接种率与其知识水平与接种意愿存在较为密切的联系。因此本文探讨了基层医务人员疫苗与安全接种知信行现状以及主要影响因素，旨在为医学临床护理管理人员工作的有效开展提供科学依据，现将结果报道如下[1]。……
