【摘   要】 党员干部具有坚定的理想信念是推动党的事业不断发展的重要保障。本文从农村党员理想信念现状入手，分析农村党员理想信念淡薄甚至缺失的原因，并找到增强农村党员理想信念坚定性的路径对策。

Study on the Path of Strengthening the Ideal and Belief of the Rural Party Members in The New Era

[Abstract] Party members and cadres have firm ideals and beliefs， which is an important guarantee to promote the continuous development of the cause of the party. This paper starts with the current situation of the ideal and belief of the rural Party members， analyzes the reasons for the weak or even lack of the ideal and belief of the rural Party members， and finds the way to strengthen the firmness of the ideal and belief of the rural Party members.

农村党员的思想状况直接关系到农村的稳定和发展，而农村党员在党员群体中占比很大，与城市党员相比又有着自身的特殊性，所以对农村党员的管理尤其是思想方面的管理尤为重要，当然也存在一定的困难。

1  农村党员理想信念发展基本现状

1.1  理想信念淡薄甚至缺失

在党员群体中，多数党员能够做到对马克思主义的信仰;对社会主义和共产主义的信念;对中国特色社会主义的信心，但是也有少部分党员思想消极负面，认为马克思主义不具备时代性，认为100多年前的过时理论，怎么能指导当今发展着的中国实际。农村党员的情况更是如此，农村党员年龄和文化层次本来差别就比较大，年龄上，既有六七十岁的，也有二十刚出头的;文化程度上，既有知识分子也有文盲，他们缺少共同语言，即便有党组活动，形式也比较单一，党员的思想情况很难及时掌握。在信党与信教方面，以凤台县为例，截止2019年底全县党员人数是28573，其中农村党员人数是14925，而信教徒是30000，其中基督教徒20000，农村基督教徒18000。90%基督教徒分布我县的农村，这与全国80%基督教徒分布在农村相比，还多出10%。……
