[摘要] 目的 分析循环护理在白血病化疗患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取2017年11月～2019年2月于我院就诊的80例白血病患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字法分为两组，每组40例，对照组采用常规临床护理措施，观察组在对照组基础上实施循环护理，比较两组患者并发症、护理满意度、HAMA和HAMD评分。 结果 观察组并发症发生率为12.5%，低于对照组的35.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组护理满意度为95.00%，对照组护理满意度为77.50%，两组护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;护理前两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分无统计学意义（P>0.05），护理后两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），其中观察组患者护理后HAMA评分为（31.71±3.11）分，HAMD評分为（31.51±3.14）分，明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 循环护理在白血病化疗患者中的应用可以降低并发症发生风险，改善患者负性情绪，提升护理满意度，具有实际应用价值。

Application effect of circulation nursing in the patients with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of circulation nursing in the patients with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 80 patients with leukemia who were treated in our hospital from November 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number method， with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine clinical nursing measures. The observation group was further given circulation nursing care on the basis of the control group. The complications， nursing satisfaction， HAMA and HAMD scores were compared between the two groups. Results The complication rate in the observation group was 12.5%， which was lower than that in the control group（35.0%）， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.00%， and the nursing satisfaction in the control group was 77.50%. There was a statistically significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups（P<0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups before nursing care（P>0.05）. The HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. The HAMA score in the observation group was（31.71±3.11） and the HAMD score was（31.51±3.14） after nursing， which were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of circulation nursing in the patients with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy can reduce the risk of complications， improve the negative emotions of patients， improve their nursing satisfaction， and have a practical application value.

白血病又被称为血癌，属于血液系统恶性肿瘤，主要临床表现为造血细胞异常，目前多采用骨髓移植进行治疗[1-3]。但是我国捐献造血干细胞人数较少，因此能够进行骨髓移植治疗的患者非常少。因此化疗便成为一种必要的治疗手段。但化疗往往会导致患者出现恶心、脱发、呕吐、乏力等并发症，致使患者产生不良情绪，无法顺利开展后续治疗[4-6]。因此，化疗过程中给予相应的护理势在必行，但传统的护理往往不尽人意，无法针对不同的患者给予个性化护理，循环护理是通过查漏补缺，及时挖掘护理过程中的不足之处，然后及时调整干预方案的一种护理措施，本研究为了明确循环护理在白血病化疗患者中的应用效果，选取2017年11月～2019年2月于我院進行化疗的80例白血病患者作为研究对象进行分析，现报道如下。
