摘  要：社区康复治疗师是我国公共卫生服务工作中比较短缺的专业技术人才，我国社区建设在功能完善过程中应该重点关注到其公共卫生服务能力，而在相关需求不断增加的情况下，做好康复治疗师的培养工作已经成为各大设置相关专业高等院校的重要工作内容，为了进一步提升人才培养整体效果，我们必须提升课堂教学工作的整体水平，特别是在社区康复实践教学环节上要更加重视社区康复治疗师岗位需求，以岗位胜任力作为授课的基本导向，本文将针对以岗位胜任力为导向的社区康复实践课堂实践教学模式应用探索展开分析。

Abstract： Community rehabilitation therapists are relatively short of professional and technical talents in public health service in China. In the process of improving the function of community construction in China， we should pay attention to their public health service ability. With the increasing demand， it has become an important work content to do a good job in the training of rehabilitation therapists One step to improve the overall effect of talent training， we must improve the overall level of classroom teaching， especially in the community rehabilitation practice teaching link， we should pay more attention to the post needs of community rehabilitation therapists， and take the post competency as the basic guidance of teaching. This paper will analyze the application of community rehabilitation practice classroom practice teaching mode guided by post competency .

康复治疗技术是康复医学中重要的组成部分，康复治疗技术专业相关学生在学习过程中除了必须掌握康复治疗技术的专业知识外，还需要针对未来工作岗位的不同而有所专长，从而能胜任岗位需要。目前我国康复治疗师岗位总体空缺是比较明显的，特别是在基层的社区卫生服务中心，这导致了相当一部分有社区康复锻炼指导需求的患者在出院回家后无法得到科学有效的康复锻炼，这让患者的整体治疗效果受到了很大的限制。从当前实际情况上来看，我国社区在建设发展过程中对于公共卫生服务工作的建设发展需求是非常紧迫的，社区公共卫生服务体系是普通群众生命健康以及整体生活质量的……
