摘 要： 重庆大巴山区处于秦巴山连片特困区，核桃产业在区域内中高山地段比较优势明显，产业发展的成败，关乎一部分贫困户的脱贫长效产业发展。本文基于区域内核桃产业发展现状调查的基础上，分析了区域内核桃产业发展存在的主要问题，提出了“小而精、优而特”的特色精品“小特产业”定位，并从理清发展思路、挖掘特色资源、强化科技支撑、注重品牌打造等方面提出了对策建议。

Abstract： Daba Mountains in Chongqing is located in the most Poverty Areas of Qinba.It is obvious that the walnut industry has comparative advantages in the middle-high section of mountain in the region.The success or failure of industrial development is critical to the majority of poor families to be relieved out of poverty in the long-term.Based on the investigation of the current status of Walnut industry development in this area，the authors analyze the main problems in the development of the walnut industry，and puts forward the idea that positions it as “small but high quality” and “premium and unique”.The strategies and suggestions were put forward with clarifying the ideas of development，exploring characteristic resources，strengthening technological support，and concentrating on brand-building.

大巴山区位于汉江流经河谷地带以东的川、陕、鄂、渝四省（市）边境的大巴山脉地区，山体众多且山势陡峭，地形复杂。受山地条件制约，自然灾害频发、基础设施落后、产业基础薄弱，经济发展滞缓，贫困现象显著，被国务院划定为14个集中连片特殊贫困地区之一的秦巴山连片特困区[1]。重庆大巴山地区主要包括渝东北的城口、巫溪、巫山、奉节、云阳、万州、开州等区县，处于三峡库区腹地，是国务院规定的国家重点生态功能区，亦是国家扶贫工作重点区县，面临着脱贫攻坚和生态环境保护双重任务。在贫困山区大力发展绿色生态产业，是实现富民增收与改善生态环境的必然选择。核桃是发展山区经济的重要树种，也是一种改善生态环境的优良树种，其生态效益和经济效益明显[2]。核桃在大巴山区有着悠久的栽培历史，是我国重要的核桃资源多样性分布区域和核桃产区[3]。……
