【摘要】目的：探究对重症心力衰竭患者实施无创呼吸机治疗的护理方法及效果。方法：将我院收治的重症心力衰竭患者80例作为本次的主要研究对象，利用随机数字表格的方法将患者分到观察组和对照组，各组40例，以上患者的选取时间是2018年5月-2019年6月。对两组患者均使用无创呼吸机进行治疗，在此基础上，给予对照组常规护理干预，将针对性护理干预应用到观察组中，通过观察和对比，对两组患者治疗后的并发症情况进行研究。结果：经观察得知，观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照患者并发症发生率，两组具有一定的差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对于重症心力衰竭患者采取呼吸机治疗能够有效的提高治理效果，同时实施针对性护理能够使治疗效果进一步提升，值得临床应用。

[Abstract]

Objective： To explore the nursing Methods and effects of non-invasive ventilator therapy for patients with severe heart failure. Methods：80 patients with severe heart failure in our hospital were selected as the main research object. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. 40 patients in each group were selected from May 2018 to June 2019. Two groups of patients were treated with non-invasive ventilator， on this basis， the control group was given routine nursing intervention， targeted nursing intervention was applied to the observation group， through observation and comparison， the two groups of patients after treatment of complications were studied. Results：Observed that the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. There was a certain difference between the two groups， with statistical significance （P < 0.05）. Conclusion：Respiratory therapy for patients with severe heart failure can effectively improve the treatment effect， and the implementation of targeted nursing can further improve the treatment effect， which is worthy of clinical application.

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

将2018年5月-2019年6月我院收治的80例重症心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，随机将其分到观察组和对照组，各组40例。对照组中，男女患者的比例是（30：10），平均年龄是（56.23±6.33）岁。观察组中患者的男女比例是（28：12），平均年龄是（55.62±6.13）岁。比较患者基本资料没有明显差异，不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

对两组患者都采取无创呼吸机的治疗方法，此时要规定好呼吸机模式，对患者实施正压平面通气，同时将呼吸压力的控制不能低于5hpa，也不能高于10hpa，以每分钟五升的氧气流量进行通气。

在以上治疗的基础上，采取常规护理的方法应用到对照组中，给予观察组针对性护理干预。首先，临床研究显示，多数患者在进行治理前都会产生恐惧心理，基于此，护理人员要提前向患者讲解呼吸机治疗的好处，并对其进行心理疏导，使其能够积极配合治疗。其……
