摘  要：在社会快速发展过程中，消防安全越来越受到关注。特别是近年来高层建筑、地下建筑及一些大型商业综合体的建筑，其对消防工作带来了较大的挑战，这也对消防监督检查工作提出了更高的要求。文章从新时期消防监督检查工作概述入手，分析了新时期消防监督检查工作存在的问题，并进一步对新时期开展消防监督检查工作的对策进行了具体阐述。

Abstract： In the process of rapid social development， fire safety has been paid more and more attention. Especially in recent years， high-rise buildings， underground buildings and some large commercial complex buildings have brought greater challenges to the fire control work， which also put forward higher requirements for fire control supervision and inspection. Starting with an overview of the fire control supervision and inspection work in the new period， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the fire control supervision and inspection work in the new period， and further expounds the countermeasures for carrying out the fire control supervision and inspection work in the new period.

前言

目前我国消防监督检查工作面临着的形势十分严峻，而且在实际工作中也存在较多问题，这不仅对消防监督检查工作的正常开展带来了较大的影响，而且也无法为社会发展营造一个安全、稳定的环境。消防监督检查工作的开展，可以有效降低火灾事故发生率，促进社会的稳定和持续发展。因此需要积极采取有效的措施来针对当前消防监督检查工作中存在的问题加以解决，将消防监督检查工作落实到位，确保消防安全。

1 新时期消防监督检查工作的概述

1.1 消防监督检查工作的基本定义

消防监督检查工作是消防救援机构依法针对于各机关、团体和企事业单位在遵守消防法律法规方面实施的监督检查，针对于违反消防法律法规的行为则要求责令改正，并依法对其进行处罚。近年来在社会发展过程中，火灾发生较为频繁，严重威胁到人们的日常生活和生命财产安全，而且还对社会发展带来不利影响。……
