摘  要：随着我国经济高速发展，城市化进程不断深化，交通运输量需求不断加大，公路桥梁工程日益增多，其施工的质量与安全成为社会广泛关注的热点问题。路桥工程监理是路桥工程施工过程中的重要组成部分，直接关系到路桥工程的施工质量、施工成本以及施工安全。但当前大部分的路桥工程施工过程中，施工监理环节存在较多问题，影响着路桥工程施工安全，因此，为确保路桥工程的质量与施工安全，需要有针对性分析路桥工程施工监理存在的问题，并提出强化施工监理的有效措施，才能取得实效。

Abstract： With the rapid development of China's economy， the deepening of the process of urbanization， the increasing demand for traffic volume， and the increasing number of highway and bridge projects， the quality and safety of its construction has become a hot issue of widespread concern in the society. Road and bridge engineering supervision is an important part of the construction process of road and bridge projects， which is directly related to the construction quality， construction cost and construction safety of road and bridge projects. However， in the current construction process of most road and bridge projects， there are many problems in construction supervision， which affect the construction safety of road and bridge projects. Therefore， in order to ensure the quality and construction safety of road and bridge projects， it is necessary to analyze the problems existing in road and bridge construction supervision and put forward effective measures to strengthen construction supervision in order to achieve actual results.

随着经济发展与社会进步，我国的路桥工程建设也取得一定的成绩，但随着路桥工程施工项目的不断增多，安全事故问题也日益凸显，给国家及人民的生命及财产带来极大的损失，同时还造成不良的社会影响，为路桥工程施工项目监理敲响了警钟。纵观近几年发生的路桥工程施工安全事故，除了若干个表面上明显致因，更多的就是由于“人机”系统中“人”的因素造成的，而其中关键内因就是缺乏有效的安全管理机制。工程施工监理作为路桥施工安全管理机制的重要组成部分，各单位应引起足够的重视，加强施工监理，从根本上确保施工安全。

1 当前路桥工程施工监理存在的问题

1.1 路桥工程施工监理工作没有引起足够重视
