摘  要：中国要走创新驱动发展战略，要走向世界，则对工科人才提出了新时代的要求。目前很多高校关于如何建设新工科提出了自己的看法。福州大学土木工程学院结合本学院特色和资源优势，展开了关于新工科背景下土木人才的培养战略的思考。文章将从建设BIM课程、智慧城市、智慧土木三个方面出发，希望通过改革教学模式、开启学生的国际化视野、培养交叉学科人才来响应国家关于新工科的号召，同时为新时代的祖国建设培养优秀人才。

Abstract： If China wants to follow the strategy of innovation-driven development and to go global， it will place new demands on engineering talents. At present， many colleges and universities have put forward their views on how to build new engineering subjects. The School of Civil Engineering of Fuzhou University combined with the characteristics of the college and the advantages of resources， and began to think about the training strategy of civil engineering talents under the background of new engineering. This article will start from the three aspects of building BIM courses， smart cities， and smart civil engineering. It is hoped that by reforming the teaching model， opening up the international vision of students， and cultivating interdisciplinary talents， we will respond to the call of the country for new engineering build， and at the same time train outstanding talents for the construction of the motherland in the new era.

一、研究背景

教育部提出“新工科”的概念源于黨的十八大提出的创新发展战略。“一带一路”、“中国制造2025”、“互联网+”等一系列的新经济形式需要新工科体系的人才基础。

对此复旦大学、天津大学、浙江大学分别提出“复旦共识”、“天大行动”、“千生计划”来讨论综合性大学“新工科”的建设方向。目前，新工科的建设联盟已经大致形成：浙江大学牵头工科优势大学，复旦大学引领综合性大学，汕头大学和上海工程技术大学引领地方性大学。

在612个全国首批“新工科”研究实践项目中，福州大学占据4个名额，如表1所示。纵观这些入选项目，不难发现他们的人才培养模式离不开：校企合作、创新培养、学科竞赛、实践与创新创业、开放式教育（智慧平台）等话题。
