摘要：党的十九大报告指出，要继续以供给侧结构性改革为主线推动经济发展，因此，对产业机构优化升级提出了新的要求。在分析安徽省产业结构现状及存在问题的基础上，从构建现代产业体系，强化技术创新，加大金融支持力度，注重人才引进与培养等方面提出产业结构优化路径。

Analysis on the Current Situation， Problems and Countermeasures of

Industrial Structure in Anhui Province under the Supply-Side Reform

Abstract：

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should continue to promote economic development with the supply side structural reform as the main line. Therefore， new requirements are put forward for the optimization and upgrading of industrial institutions. Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of industrial structure in Anhui Province，the optimization path of industrial structure from the aspects of building modern industrial system， strengthening technological innovation， increasing financial support， and paying attention to talent introduction and training were proposed in this paper.

隨着我国经济发展进入新常态，供需关系出现了结构性失衡，出现了有效供给不足、创新能力薄弱、抵御风险能力有待强化等问题，供给侧结构性改革便应运而生。与传统的需求侧结构性改革不同，供给侧结构性改革主要是通过调整供给侧的生产要素结构，促进产业要素流动，提高生产要素使用效率，增加有效供给，从而构建新的经济增长特点和趋势。党的十九大报告提出，要继续以供给侧结构性改革为主线，推动经济发展质量变革、效率变革、动力变革，提高全要素生产率，着力加快建设实体经济、科技创新、现代金融、人力资源协同发展的产业体系[1]。因此，供给侧结构性改革对产业结构调整升级提出了新的要求。安徽省作为中部省份，农业和加工制造业在全国排名靠前，但GDP总量排位多年来均处于中等水平，与浙江、江苏等经济强省差距较大。因此，本文探究在供给侧改革前提下，安徽省产业结构现状及存在的问题并提出相应对策的基础上，为产业机构的优化升级提供理论支持，不断增强安徽省的创新能力和竞争力，以高质量的产业结构促进安徽省经济的可持续发展。……
