[摘    要 ]电气仪表工程是化工自动化系统重要的构成部分，与系统运行状态息息相关。为此，本文探究了电气仪表安装和调试的要点，针对于仪表盘的安装、管道设备的安装、保护箱和仪表配线的安装提出了相应的建议，并强调要做好现场清理、进行安装前的检查等工作，探讨了电气仪表工程调试内容和方法，以提高电气仪表安装科学性，优化仪表使用性能，将其作用最大化。

[Abstract]Electrical instrument engineering is an important part of the chemical automation system and is closely related to the operating status of the system. To this end， the main points of electrical instrument installation and commissioning were explored， and corresponding suggestions were put forward for the installation of the instrument panel， the installation of piping equipment， the installation of the protective box and the instrument wiring， and emphasized the need to clean up the site before installation In order to improve the scientificity of electrical instrument installation， optimize the performance of the instrument， and maximize its effect， it discusses the content and methods of electrical instrument engineering debugging， and provides a reference for people who are concerned about such topics.

近年来，我国社会经济蓬勃发展，科学技术水平日益提升，促使化工自动化系统凸显重要性，其在现代经济体系中占据着举足轻重的地位。因此，保障电气仪表系统稳定运行显得尤为重要。而电气仪表可实现对化工自动化系统运行状态的监督，仪表安装与调试工作直接影响系统运行的稳定性。所以，在新形势下，积极探索电气仪表工程安装和调试的要点意义重大，值得深思。

1 电气仪表工程安装和调试的要点探究

1.1 仪表盘的安装

在电气仪表工程安装中，仪表盘的安装属于关键环节。在此过程中，应注重安装位置的选择，需要分析多方面的因素，如日常操作、维护空间、盘柜的散热等等。通过综合考量，选择适合的位置。在实际安装时，若是通风和自然散热达不到相关标准和要求，那么应进行空调的配置，或者安装强冷风扇。与此同时，应尽可能将仪表盘的位置避开恶劣的区域，如振动、粉尘等区域，以免影响仪表盘的使用。……
