摘  要：近年来，随着经济社会的发展，新一轮基础设施建设高潮到来，各地在公路建设等基础设施建设上投入不断加大，各种类型的公路建设不断出现，极大提升了公路的通达程度，为此，公路建设备受社会关注，是一项影响深远的民生工程。公路建设，建设周期长，前后投资大，实际影响因素也多，其中，勘察设计是影响公路施工建设及其作用体现的一个重要方面，在以往的公路建设中，对勘察设计重视程度明显不够，导致不少问题的存在，这些都影响了公路建设的长远健康发展。

Abstract： In recent years， with the development of economy and society， a new round of infrastructure construction has arrived， local investment in highway construction and other infrastructure construction has been increasing， and various types of highway construction have been emerging， which has greatly improved the accessibility of highways. For this reason， highway construction has attracted much attention of the society， and it is a people's livelihood project with far-reaching impact. Highway construction has a long construction period， so there is the need of large-sum investment before and after construction， and there are many actual influencing factors. Among them， investigation and design is an important aspect that affects highway construction and its function. In the past highway construction， the degree of attention to survey and design is obviously not enough， resulting in the existence of many problems， which affect the long-term and healthy development of highway construction.

引言

在市场经济发展推动下，公路建设及交通运输行业有了很大发展，在基础设施建设不断进步的同时，公路勘察设计领域的要求也在进一步提高，科学的勘察设计有助于更好的把握公路建设当中的问题及不足，从而提前制定整改防范措施，如果勘察設计不到位，很容易为公路建设乃至后续交通运输埋下安全隐患。为此，在当前公路建设快速推进的大环境下，需要切实抓好公路勘察设计工作，深刻分析以往勘察设计当中的问题，针对性的制定各种整改策略，这样才能把勘察设计与公路建设及交通运输事业发展更为紧密的结合起来。

1 当前公路勘察设计当中存在的问题及现状分析

在以往的公路建设中，工程单位把主要精力都用到了施工建设上，对于勘察设计的重视程度明显不够，导致了勘察设计问题“短板”的出现。……
