摘 要：基于数据包络的理论和方法，文中从绿色经济盈利能力、绿色化资源循环利用能力、绿色环境治理能力、绿色技术创新能力和绿色化管理能力5个维度建立了煤炭企业绿色竞争力评价指标体系和评价模型;并以兖州煤业股份有限公司为例，应用该模型，选取该企业2008—2017年的相关数据，对其十年间的绿色竞争力做出了评价。研究结论表明：2008—2012年期间，兖州煤业的绿色竞争力处于持续上升阶段;2013至2016年间由于企业经济效益有所下降，使得绿色竞争力有所回落;2016年后，兖州煤业通过去产能、调结构等供给侧改革，其绿色竞争力在2017年得到回升和提高;最后，根据评价结论，提出了如何提高兖州煤业绿色竞争力的建议。

Abstract：Based on the theory and method of data envelopment，this paper established the evaluation index system and model of green competitiveness of coal enterprises from five dimensions：green economic profitability，green resource recycling ability，green environmental governance ability，green technology innovation ability and green management ability，and took Yanzhou Coal Ming Co.Ltd as an example.Applying the model，this paper selected the relevant data of the enterprise from 2008 to 2017 and evaluated its green competitiveness in the past ten years.The results show that：during 2008—2012，the green competitiveness of Yanzhou Coal Ming Co.Ltd.is in a continuous upward stage;from 2013 to 2016，due to the decline in economic efficiency of enterprises，the green competitiveness has fallen;after 2016，through reducing production capacity，adjusting the structure and other supply-side reform，green competitiveness in 2017 of Yanzhou Coal Ming Co.Ltd.was improved.Finally，according to the evaluation conclusion，the paper put forward some suggestions on how to improve the green competitiveness of Yanzhou coal industry.

0 引 言我國作为全球最大的资源消耗国，煤炭消耗占一次能源消耗的2/3，煤炭企业在社会生存和发展中处于至关重要的地位。然而，随着自然资源的枯竭和环境污染的加重，以高消耗和高污染为特征的煤炭企业正面临着前所未有的发展困境。据国家能源局发布的公告显示，截至2017年底，我国有煤矿4 980处、产能43.6亿吨。我国深入推行供给侧改革，煤炭去产能是政府首先面临的重要工作。面对这些压力，煤炭企业不得不改变增长方式，调整产业结构，培育新的竞争力，以获得市场竞争优势地位。基于上述背景，为了使煤炭企业不断获得发展动力，提高竞争优势，实现可持续发展，煤炭企业绿色竞争力的研究已迫在眉睫。……
