摘 要

进入新时代，网络已广泛运用于人们生活、学习和工作的各个方面。为适应新时代的发展要求，民族高校图书馆不仅要更加充实馆藏，而且要科学合理地配置资源，优化布局。文章在分析网络环境对民族高校图书馆信息资源建设带来影响的基础上，阐述了民族高校图书馆信息资源建设存在的困境，提出了新时代加强民族高校图书馆信息资源建设的对策。

Abstract In the new era， network has been widely used in all aspects of people's life， study and work. In order to meet the requirements of development of the new era， libraries of colleges and universities of minority nationalities should not only enrich their collections， but also allocate resources scientifically and rationally and optimize their layout. Based on the analysis of the influence of network environment on the construction of information resources in the libraries of universities for minority nationalities， this paper expounds the difficulties existing in the construction of information resources in the libraries of universities for minority nationalities and puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening the construction of information resources in the libraries of universities for minority nationalities in the new era.

高校图书馆是学校的文献信息资源存储、管理、服务中心，也是师生学习的第二课堂，履行着教育职能和文献信息服务职能，它肩负着为学校教学科研服务的重任。民族高校图书馆的信息资源建设除了与普通高校图书馆有共性的一面，也有独具特色的一面。在网络环境下，为了不断适应现代社会快速发展的需求，针对学校师生信息需求的多样化、个性化特点，探讨民族高校图书馆信息资源建设势在必行。

信息资源建设是指人类通过对处于无序状态的各种各类信息进行选择、采集、组织和开发等活动，使之形成可利用的信息资源体系的全过程。进入新时代，随着网络化、信息化、智能化的快速发展，不仅信息的载体发生了巨大变化，而且信息资源的内涵、结构、特点、服务方式等也随之发生了本质上的变化。也就是说，高校图书馆的信息资源不仅包括本馆自己所拥有的印刷型的纸质文献信息资源，而且还包括通过网络通信技术从世界各国获得的非印刷型的电子资源、数字资源和网络资源，具体主要包括文献信息资源和网络信息资源，即实体馆藏和虚拟馆藏。……
