摘 要

建设世界一流高职院校是加快发展现代职业教育的战略目标，建设具有中国特色、世界水平的现代职业教育体系，建成一批世界一流的职业院校和骨干专业，形成具有国际竞争力的人才培养高地是实现该战略目标的有效举措。了解世界一流高职院校的要素、标准及智慧图书馆的特征、功能，探寻智慧图书馆服务于世界一流高职建设的契合点和切入点。图书馆可应用大数据分析与挖掘、整合各种技术手段、提升智慧馆员素养、建一流高职资源库等策略，为建设世界一流高职院校发挥其巨大的促进作用。

Abstract Building a world-class higher vocational college is the strategic goal of accelerating the development of modern higher vocational education. Building a world-level modern higher vocational education system with Chinese characteristics， building a number of world-class higher vocational colleges and backbone specialties and forming an internationally competitive personnel training highland are effective measures to achieve this strategic goal. We should understand the key elements and standards of world-class higher vocational colleges and the characteristics and functions of smart libraries， and explore the points of convergence and entry for smart libraries to serve the construction of world-class higher vocational colleges. Libraries can use the strategies of analyzing and excavating big data， integrating various technical means， improving the quality of smart librarians and building a first-class resource bank of higher vocational colleges to play a huge role in promoting the construction of world-class higher vocational colleges.

2014年6月，《國务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》（国发〔2014〕19号）明确提出，“到2020年，形成具有中国特色、世界水平的现代职业教育体系”，“建成一批世界一流的职业院校和骨干专业，形成具有国际竞争力的人才培养高地”，这是我国首次在政策层面提出了建设世界一流职业院校的目标[1]。世界一流高职院校从内涵来说，其核心是办学质量的一流。从外延来说，是在世界范围内和同类院校进行比较的结果。所谓世界一流高职院校，就是以专业为基础，以技术技能人才培养质量为核心，以市场为导向，具有鲜明的办学特色、卓越的教学水平、世界一流社会声誉的优质高职院校[2]。高职院校图书馆作为信息资源汇聚的中心，肩负着为教学科研提供精准服务的重任，图书馆如何服务于建设一流高职院校，成为当前高职院校图书馆的一项紧迫任务。……
