摘 要

以社会记忆的观点出发，阐释高校档案和高校文化的紧密联系，从文化体现、文化糅合、文化自觉三个递进层次，演绎在高校记忆的建构和展演进程中，高校档案从参与校园文化开发，到主动挖掘校园文化核心，再到推进文化认同、实现文化自觉的嬗变过程，为新时期档案工作存史、资政、育人功能的强化和高校档案编研利用工作的创新提供理论支持。

Abstract From the perspective of social memory， this paper interprets the close connection between college archives and college culture. From three progressive levels of cultural embodiment， cultural integration and cultural consciousness， the paper deduces the evolution of college archives in the process of college memory construction and exhibition from participation in campus culture development to active exploration of campus culture core and to promotion of cultural identification and realization of cultural self-consciousness， in order to provide theoretical support for the strengthening of archives work functions of preserving history， helping with politics and educating people as well as the innovation of compiling and utilizing of college archives in the new era.

20世纪20年代，著名社会学家莫里斯·哈布瓦赫率先提出社会的“集体记忆”观点，兴起了“记忆”研究向社会学、文化学、人类学领域的转向和延展。扬·阿斯曼随后提出“文化记忆”概念，搭建了基于文化和社会记忆演进的阐释框架，社会学层面记忆与社会文化的渊源由此而来。第十三届国家档案大会之后，“档案记忆”观点在档案学术界掀起高潮，特里·库克提出，“记忆就像历史一样根植在档案之中”，档案学者开始揭示档案记忆的构建、展演和传承，发掘档案记忆与文化的相互渗透和影响。

随着档案记忆观的发展和文化自信道路的延伸，利用档案史料建构群体记忆逐渐兴起。高等学校，尤其是拥有厚重历史沉淀的院校，凭借更为突出的文化特性和丰富翔实的档案资料，掀起了构建高校记忆的浪潮。档案工作也在这一前所未有的过程中，逐步融入、参与甚至引领高校文化建设，悄然发生了变革。
