摘 要

随着高职教育的发展，高职院校的各项工作都得到了长足的进步，档案工作作为学校管理工作的重要组成部分，也得到了前所未有的关注和重视，而对于由行业转为地方管理的高职院校来说，档案规范化建设起步较晚，因经验较少，重视程度不够，资金不足等原因存在诸多问题。以辽宁金融职业学院为例，分析了高职院校档案工作普遍存在的问题，并有针对性地提出了解决措施，以期对存在同样问题的高职院校提供借鉴。

档案工作是高校管理工作的重要组成部分，对于本科院校来说，档案管理工作已经具备比较完备的体系和流程，但是对于我们这些由行业转为地方管理的高职院校来说，档案规范化建设起步较晚，因经验较少，重视程度不够，资金不足等原因存在着一系列问题。而随着高职教育的飞速发展，高职院校的各项工作都在如火如荼地开展中，档案的重要性也日益凸显，做好档案工作既是顺应高职院校的发展趋势，同时又可以提供档案信息为高职院校的各项工作服务，从而推动学校的发展。

一、辽宁金融职业学院档案管理存在的问题及改进措施

1.档案管理工作中存在的问题。（1）档案管理制度不健全。辽宁金融职业学院前身是隶属于中国人民银行的辽宁银行学校、辽宁省金融职工大学，属于行业办学。2002年后转制成为辽宁省教育厅主管的高等职业院校。……
