摘 要

近年社交媒体平台兴起，产生大量信息，哪些信息具备文件属性应被归档保存是目前亟需解决的难题，应尽快界定社交媒体文件的归档范围。提出界定社交媒体文件归档范围的重要性;列举英、美、澳三国关于社交媒体文件的归档范围和相关政策;对“海洋中国”上推送的所有信息一一进行梳理，统计相关数据;从信息性质、信息内容、信息形成方式和信息形式四个维度对推送过的全部信息进行分类;结合国外归档经验和研究实践从以上四个维度分别界定社交媒体文件的归档范围;阐述其他需要归档的相关文件类别。

Abstract The rise of social media platforms in recent years has generated a lot of information. It is an urgent problem to solve which information has file property to be archived. The scope of social media documents Archiving in China should be defined as soon as possible. Propose the importance of defining the scope of social media documents Archiving. List the scope and relevant policies of social media documents Archiving in Britain，the United States and Australia. The information on the "ocean China" is sorted out one by one，and related data are collected. All information that has been pushed is classified from the four dimensions of information nature，information content，information formation mode and information form. According to foreign archiving experience and research practice，the archiving scope of social media documents is defined from the above four dimensions. Describe other related document categories should be archived.

社交媒體是建立在Web2.0理念与技术基础之上的、允许用户创造与交换自生产内容的一系列基于互联网的应用程序[1]99。近年来，各类社交媒体如雨后春笋般涌现出来，如微信、微博、直播平台、博客、论坛、QQ空间、社交网站等，各类信息的传播途径不再受载体、形式等方面的限制，社交媒体已逐渐成为发布信息的重要途径，是开展工作的新兴平台和重要窗口。社交媒体平台发布的信息是否具备文件的属性，是否能够被作为文件进行安全、高效的归档保存和管理，是目前亟需解决的难题，界定社交媒体文件的归档范围是首先需要解决的问题。需要归档的社交媒体文件应该具有长期或永久保存价值，哪些信息应该归档，哪些信息不必归档，哪些信息应该选择性归档，都需要明确，需要制定详细的归档范围来指导实际工作。……
