【摘  要】目的：了解人文关怀理念在慢性心衰护理中的效果。方法：选择我院2016.01至2018.06的80例慢性心衰患者，随机分组，常规护理服务组给予普通护理，人文关怀组进行了人文关怀理念。比较两组满意人数;慢性心衰纠正的平均时间、护患沟通质量、病房温馨程度、对患者的人文关怀程度;护理前后心功能级别、左心射血分数、心率水平以及生活自理能力;继发并发症发生率。结果：人文关怀组满意人数、心功能级别、左心射血分数、心率水平以及生活自理能力、慢性心衰纠正的平均时间、护患沟通质量、病房温馨程度、对患者的人文关怀程度、继发并发症发生率对比常规护理服务组有优势，P<0.05。结论：慢性心衰患者实施人文关怀理念可获得良好效果。

【Abstract】Objective： To understand the effect of humanistic care concept in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods： Eighty patients with chronic heart failure from 2016.1 to 2018.6 in our hospital were randomly divided into groups. The general nursing service group gave general nursing care， and the humanistic care group carried out the concept of humanistic care. Compare the satisfaction of the two groups; the average time of correction of chronic heart failure， the quality of communication between nurses and patients， the warmth of the ward， the level of human care for patients; the level of heart function before and after treatment， the left heart ejection fraction， heart rate and self-care ability; The incidence of complications. Results： Satisfaction number， cardiac function level， left heart ejection fraction， heart rate level and self-care ability， average time of correction of chronic heart failure， quality of care communication， enthusiasm of patients， human care of patients， follow-up The incidence of complications was superior to the conventional care group， P < 0.05. Conclusion： The concept of humanistic care for patients with chronic heart failure can achieve good results.

慢性心力衰竭是由于任何心脏结构或功能异常导致心室充盈和（或）射血能力受损而引起的一组临床综合征，主要临床表现是呼吸困难、乏力、液体潴留。慢性心力衰竭是心血管疾病的终末期表现和最主要死亡原因。 它有长期不愈的病症和反复发作的疾病特点[1]。如果患者未能及时接受有效治疗，不仅会影响患者的生活质量，甚至可能会危及患者的生命安全[2]。根据临床研究，治疗结合实施护理干预可有效提高治疗效果。 为了提高患者的护理满意度和护理质量，本研究选择我院2016.01至2018.06的80例慢性心衰患者，随机分组，常规护理服务组给予普通护理，人文关怀组实施了人文关怀理念。……
