摘  要：制播平台设计与应用过程中，应明确融媒体的特征与要素。并基于现代信息技术的应用，科学融入融媒体资源，从而建设更加智能化的制播平台。基于此，相关人员可从以下三方面着手：开创创新思维，设计互动性更强的制播平台;科学融入共享理念，设计全媒体智能化制播平台;大胆革新，实现开放的平台拓扑结构设计与应用。从而为节目的制作、分发与播放，提供更优质、高效的平台，输出更高质量的节目内容。

Abstract：In the process of design and application of production and broadcasting platform，the characteristics and elements of fusion media should be clearly defined. And based on the application of modern information technology，scientific integration of media resources，so as to build a more intelligent production and broadcasting platform. Based on this，the relevant personnel can start from the following three aspects. That is，to create innovative thinking and design a more interactive broadcasting platform;to integrate the concept of sharing scientifically，to design an all-media intelligent production and broadcasting platform;to innovate boldly and realize the design and application of open platform topology structure. Thus，it can provide a high quality and efficient platform for the production，distribution and broadcasting of programs，and output higher quality program content.

0  引  言

基于技术与经济的高速发展，广电体系若想要更高效地进行产出，充分发挥媒体的职责与责任，则应与时俱进，进行大胆改革。在深化改革的过程中，基于融媒体应用，需重视制播平台的设计与应用，而集文稿、收录、编辑、播放等为一体的制播体系，在广电系统中发挥着重要的作用。因此，相关人员应充分运用云计算、互联网技术等，科学融入融媒体资源，形成媒体云，建立更智能化的工作平台，从而更好地支撑节目的制作水准，实现全媒体资源的共享、分发与互动等。同时，促进媒体行业的健康、可持续发展，为广大群众制作与输出更优质的节目，正确引领社会主义核心价值观，充分发挥媒体的职责与作用。
