摘  要：随着时代的进步，社会经济的不断发展，我国的医疗水平有了显著的改善，使大家的就医情况越来越好，越来越方便。但是由于我们的食物、水质等不同程度的受到农药和工业污染，各种疑难杂症的出现率越来越高，越来越复杂，而这些疾病的出现也给治疗带来了很大的挑战和困难。因此，为了更好的了解疾病产生的原因，使治疗能对症下药，药到病除，保证患者更好的康复，医院必须通过信息管理系统，积极对病案进行整理、归纳、分析，通过对病案的分类、研究，建立诊疗的依据，寻找治疗的有效方法，从而确保治疗的有效性。但是，目前大部分医院的病案信息管理存在着诸多问题，对治疗帮助不大。本文就医院信息管理存的问题及改革策略展开论述。

Abstract：With the progress of the times and the continuous development of social economy，Chinas medical level has been significantly improved，so that everyones medical situation is getting better and more convenient. However，because our food and water quality are polluted by pesticides and industry in varying degrees，the occurrence rate of various difficult and complicated diseases is getting higher and higher，and the emergence of these diseases also brings great challenges and difficulties to the treatment. Therefore，in order to better understand the causes of disease，so that treatment can be prescribed according to the symptoms，medicines can be removed，and patients can recover better，hospitals must actively organize，summarize and analyze medical records through information management system，establish the basis of diagnosis and treatment through the classification and research of medical records，and find effective methods of treatment，so as to ensure the effectiveness of treatment. But at present，there are many problems in the medical record information management of most hospitals，which is not helpful to the treatment. This paper discusses the problems and reform strategies of hospital information management.

無论对于提高医院的工作效率来说，还是对于患者的健康来说，病案信息管理都是非常重要的。我们知道，随着科学的发展，人们的生活水平虽然有了质的改变，但是农药和工业污染也越来越严重，导致一些疑难杂症频发，给治疗带来了很大的困难。如果医院不对这些病案进行归纳、整理、分析，建立完整、科学、系统的参考理论依据，会给今后的工作带来更大的困难，而且也大大影响患者的康复。所以，注重医院信息管理，促进医学水平的进步，使医疗更有针对性，是迫在眉捷的事情。毫不夸张地说，医院病案信息管理对于提升医疗效果和水平的作用无可替代。……
