摘 要 在深入调研智能公交场站管理系统需求的基础上，提出了智能公交场站管理系统框架，并对系统构建中的关键技术进行了研究。在松江区公共交通智能化应用示范项目子系统3D场站管理系统的实际运用中，系统中的关键技术之一3DGIS技术得到了验证，证明了利用3DGIS可很好的解决智能公交场站规划管理可视化、定量化等技术难题，通过3DGIS技术虚拟空间位置、虚拟仿真决策场景等，可以使智能公交场站可视化信息管理更加科学规范。

A BRIEF DISCUSSION ON THE APPLICATION OF 3DGIS IN INTELLIGENT BUS STATION SYSTEM

Abstract Based on the in-depth investigation of the requirements of the intelligent bus station management system， this paper puts forward the framework of the intelligent bus station management system and studies the key technologies in the system construction. In the actual application of Songjiang District Public Transportation Intelligent Application Demonstration Project Subsystem 3D Station Management System， 3DGIS technology， one of the key technologies in the system has been verified， proving that 3DGIS can solve the technical problems of visualization and quantification of intelligent bus station planning and management. Through 3DGIS technology， virtual spatial location， virtual simulation decision-making scene and so on， the visual information management of intelligent bus station can be made more scientific and standardized.

引言

随着经济的高速发展，城市交通车辆快速增长，城市道路拥堵现象越来越严重。这样的大背景下改善发展公共交通，缓解城市交通拥堵、降低能源消耗、改善交通环境成为急需解决的大问题。城市智能公交是城市交通的主体，创建一个好的智能化公交管理系统使整个城市交通有序高效规范运作是解决大、中城市目前交通问题的首选措施。

智能公交是运用最先进的3S（RS+GPS+GIS）技术、3G/4G通信技术等，结合公交特有业务，有针对性建设出的公交智能管理系统，该系统包含对线路、车辆进行规划调度，实现智能排班、信号优先、场站管理、票务管理等特殊业务功能。该系统能提高公交车辆的利用率、运输率，能通过建设完善的视频监控系统实现对公交车内、站点及站场的实时监控管理。智能公交是智慧城市公共交通发展的趋势，对缓减交通拥堵节约人力、资源等问题上有着重大的变革意义。……
