摘 要：随着全球变暖，夏季的温度越来越高，不论是家庭中还是汽车中的空调使用率越来越高。空调有两个功能，即制冷和制热，制热功能还好说，汽车空调在使用制冷功能时非常容易发生故障，但是汽车空调系统的制冷系统非常复杂并且是封闭的，所以其出现问题时不容易发现故障现象，也不容易找到故障原因，所以相关修理人员很容易出现误诊以及漏诊的情况。文章针对多故障点引发汽车空调不制冷的维修进行探讨。

Abstract： With global warming， summer temperatures are getting higher and higher， and air-conditioning usage is increasing in both homes and in automobiles. The air conditioner has two functions， namely cooling and heating， and the heating function is good. The car air conditioner is very prone to failure when using the cooling function， but the refrigeration system of the car air conditioning system is very complicated and closed， so it does not occur when there is a problem. It is easy to find faults and it is not easy to find the cause of the malfunction， so the relevant repair personnel are prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. This paper discusses the maintenance of automotive air conditioning without refrigeration caused by multiple fault points.

引言

不同品牌的汽車空调制冷系统的构造是不相同的，其在控制电路等方面存在着非常大的差异，这就会导致维修工作人员在对相关问题进行排查以及维修时会产生很大的难度，维修工作人员如果想对空调制冷系统进行更好的维修，就需要提升自己对汽车制冷系统的了解，并且对可能出现的问题进行深度探究，做到防患于未然。汽车空调的控制系统电路以及控制逻辑都会导致汽车空调不制冷，所以在出现问题时，维修工作人员可以从以上两个方面入手考虑。

1 故障现象

以一辆北京现代的朗动汽车为例进行探讨，这辆汽车生产于2013年，车主已经驾驶了8.6万千米，空调是手动的。经车主反映，这辆汽车的空调已经不制冷了。当维修工作人员对这辆汽车进行故障分析的时候发现，空调打开后出风口吹的并不是冷风也不是热风，而是自然风，汽车空调的面板上一般都会有显示灯，在出现问题时，相关的指示灯会有显示，但是这辆汽车的指示灯显示一切正常并且控制空调制冷系统的各个按钮都能够正常的操作。……
