摘 要： 為弥补传统英语教学的不足，对智能英语教学系统进行了研究。在分析智能教学系统现状的基础上，设计了基于PIMS的智能英语学习学习平台系统，进一步完善了英语教学模式，完成了总体框架结构的构建。同时结合高新技术和应用，使英语学习不受时间和地点限制，使英语教学过程更加流畅，便于学生学习，提高学生的积极性和主动性。本设计可为智能教学系统的设计和应用提供参考。

Abstract： In order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional English teaching， this thesis mainly studies the intelligent English teaching system. Based on the analysis of the current situation of intelligent teaching systems， the PIMS-based intelligent English learning platform system is designed to further improve the English teaching mode. Completed the construction of the overall framework structure， combined with the use of high-tech and applied teaching， English learning is not limited by time and place. It makes the English teaching process more smooth for students to learn， improves students' enthusiasm and initiative. It may provide a reference for the design and application of intelligent teaching systems.

0 引言

英语作为全球第二大语言在教育中的占用重要地位，传统的英语教学方法模式较为固定难以激发学生学习兴趣，存在教学效率低等问题，随着以计算机为代表的新技术手段的快速发展和完善，为英语教学改革提供了有利的外部环境和强大的技术支撑，在英语教学过程中应用融合计算机辅助教学与人工智能所产生的智能技术成为研究的热点，本文主要结合PIMS（个人信息管理系统）智能教学系统，完善英语教学系统中的缺陷，通过将计算机技术有效融合到英语日常教学过程中，以便起到良好的教学辅助作用，从而使教学质量得以有效提高。
