Abstract: Motion analysis techniques have been widely used to monitor the possibility of injury to athletes. However, most of the equipment used in this type of technology is expensive and can only be used in laboratory environments and for each movement. And the action is tested in small amounts. This paper presents a novel dynamic motion analysis framework that uses wearable inertial sensors to accurately assess all activities of athletes in a real training environment. The framework is used to design an analysis system, and the system uses discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and random forest classifier to automatically classify a wide range of training activities, the classifier can successfully classify various activities with an accuracy of up to 98%. The system uses Calculate, an effective gradient descent algorithm, to estimate the relative orientation of the wearable inertial sensors mounted on the leg, thigh and pelvis of the subject, thereby calculating the flexion and extension knee and hip joint angles. These angles and the impact acceleration of the tibia will be automatically extracted for each step during jogging. Finally, normative data are generated and used to determine if the subject's mobile technology is different from the normative data and to determine potential injury-related factors.
