摘 要： “互联网+教育”对传统高校的教育教学及其管理产生革命性的影响。在论述“互联网+”教育环境新特点、教学模式新变化、教学管理新挑战的基础上，对高校教师教学能力与信息化教学能力进行辨析，提出信息化教学能力之内涵。从提高“互联网+教育”环境下的立德树人能力，提高运用互联网思维及现代信息技术学习、教学的能力，提升与同行、学生进行网络交流的能力等三方面提出了应对策略。为促进高校教师教学能力发展提供借鉴。

Abstract： “Internet + education” has a revolutionary impact on the traditional teaching and management of colleges and universities. On the basis of discussing the new characteristics of the “Internet + educational” environment， and the new changes in the teaching mode and the new challenges of teaching management， this paper analyzes the teaching ability and informationalized teaching ability of university teachers， and puts forward the connotation of information teaching ability. From the perspectives of improving the ability of cultivating talents in the environment of “Internet + education”， Improving improving the ability of using Internet thinking and modern information technology to learn and teach， and raising the ability to communicate with peers and students in three aspects， This this paper puts forward countermeasures. 0 引言

（1） 教育環境新特点

教育环境也称“育人环境”，是由多种不同要素构成的复杂系统。广义的教育环境是指影响一个人身心发展的全部条件的总和。这里主要理解为学校开展教育教学活动，存在或创造的物理环境和人文环境。“互联网+”环境具有超时空性、开放性、非线性、交互性、虚拟性和整合性等特点。在形式上把人与人、人与事、人与物联系起来;在功能上支持世界各地的人们相互通信与信息共享，是人们交往活动有了质的变化;在意义上成为社会再造的工具。[1]其打破了学校的围墙，改变着传统的育人环境、教学模式、教师与学生的行为方式。教育环境是教育生态的重要组成部分，是各要素、各系统相互作用、相互影响、此涨彼消得以平衡、有序发展的基础。伴随着互联网成长起来的新一……
