【摘 要】目的：探究信息化平台应用于护士规范化培训中的效果。方法：以随机抽样的方式选取2015年入职的新护士25例，设置为对照组，该组护士均采取既往规范化培训模式进行规范化训练。另以随机抽样的方式选取2017年入职的新护士25例，设置为研究组，该组患者均利用信息化平台进行规范化培训。对比两组护士理论知识掌握程度以及实践能力，并对比两组护士对此次培训效果的评价。结果：研究组护士的理论知识评分与实践能力评分与对照组相比更优，组间对比差异明显（P<0.05）。结论：信息化平台应用于护士规范化培训中的效果显著，能明显提高护士对护理理论知识掌握度以及实践能力，增强培训效果。

【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the effect of the application of information platform in the standardized training of nurses. Methods： 25 new nurses recruited in 2015 were randomly sampled and set up as control group. The nurses in this group were trained in the past standardized training mode. Another 25 new nurses in 2017 were selected by random sampling and set up as the research group. All the patients in this group received standardized training using information platform. The theoretical knowledge and practical ability of the two groups of nurses were compared， and the evaluation of the training effect of the two groups of nurses was compared. Results： The theoretical knowledge score and practical ability score of nurses in the study group were better than those in the control group， and there was a significant difference between the two groups （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： The application of information platform in the standardized training of nurses has a significant effect， which can significantly improve nursesmastery of nursing theoretical knowledge and practical ability， and enhance the training effect.

隨着互联网的不断发展以及互联网设备的普及，护理培训也迎来更好的机遇。信息化平台能大幅度提高工作效率，使现有的资源发挥更大的作用，因此今后的护理工作中可重视信息化建设，充分利用其优势，提高护理培训的效果[1]。目前信息技术投入护理管理这一问题已经受到护理管理者的重视。基于此，本文探究信息化平台应用于护士规范化培训中的效果，为临床实践提供参考。

1 资料与方法

1.1临床资料

以随机抽样的方式选取2015年入职的新护士25例，设置为对照组，该组护士均采取既往规范化培训模式进行规范化训练。其中男护士3名，女护士22名，平均年龄（20.36±1.25）岁。另以随机抽样的方式选取2017年入职的新护士25例，设置为研究组，该组患者均利用信息化平台进行规范化培训。……
