【摘 要】目的：分析重症肺炎住院患者辅以护理层级管理对护理质量的影响。方法：选择2018年1月-2019年5月我院收治重症肺炎患者88例作为观察对象，分为观察组与对照组，对照组常规护理管理，观察组护理层级管理，比较护理效果。结果：观察组患者护理质量各项评分均明显高于对照组（p<0.05）。另外，观察组患者出现并发症、护患纠纷的概率较对照组相比更低（p<0.05）。结论：重症肺炎患者住院期间辅以护理层级管理能够显著提高护理质量，预防并发症，减少护患纠纷发生，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective： To analyze the influence of nursing hierarchy management on nursing quality of severe pneumonia inpatients.Methods： Eighty-eight patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 20 to May 2019 were selected as observation subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group， and the control group received routine nursing management. The observation group managed the level of care and compared the nursing effect.Results： The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （p < 0.05）. In addition， the incidence of complications and nurse-patient disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （p < 0.05）.

Conclusion： During hospitalization of patients with severe pneumonia， nursing hierarchy management can significantly improve the quality of nursing， prevent complications and reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes， which is worthy of promotion and application.

重癥肺炎属于临床呼吸科十分常见的危重疾病，患者症状表现以咳嗽、气促、呼吸困难等为主，该病具有发病急、危险性高、并发症多等特点，对患者的身心健康、生活质量乃至生命均造成危害[1]。层级管理是最近几年新兴的管理模式之一，备受患者及医护人员的认可及好评。本文以2018.1-2019.5我院收治88例重症肺炎患者为例，探究层级管理的应用效果，具体如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

此次选择2018年1月-2019年5月我院收治重症肺炎患者88例作为观察对象，根据入院时间先后分为观察组与对照组，对照组共计患者44例，包括男性23例，女性21例，最低年龄35岁，最高年龄75岁，平均年龄（53.2±1.4）岁，病程时间短则2日，长则7日，平均病程（3.2±1.1）日。观察组共计患者44例，包括男性22例，女性22例，最低年龄36岁，最高年龄74岁，平均年龄（53.1±1.3）岁，病程时间短则3日，长则6例，平均病程（3.3±1.2）日。两组患者基本资料无明显差异（p>0.05），可比较。

1.2方法

对照组患者辅以护理常规管理，如指导患者正确用药、检测患者体征指标等。观察组患者辅以护理分层管理，具体为：首先在科室内建立护理层级管理体系，根据以往对护理人员个人素质的评估结果将其分为四个等级。一……
